"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. "A beautiful setting with wonderful staff, even if one or two lacked attentiveness. The bamboo bungalow was beautiful. The bed and beddings were 5/5; very comfortable. Unfortunately, the accolades stop there. Because the "retreat" is so remote, there are no other eating options nearby so guests have to rely on the hotel restaurant. As good as the food was (save for the cold soups), the options were very limited. This was unacceptable given we were the only guests and the menu was not extensive at...

"Kuta has so much to see & explore but the worst challenge you'll face staying to Bali Dynasty is actually forcing yourself to leave the resort to see it. The hotel, pools, bars, restaurants, shops are so good that you could very easily just stay there for your whole stay. Gracie Adams Irish Bar at the entrance to the resort is also great fun. An amazing resort, in a great location but the biggest shout out needs to go to all the staff, they are fantastic, so welcoming and a genuine credit to place."

"Hotel Staff was very polite,courteous, friendly and professional.My room service was excellent. I had a very clean room a nice view over the swimming pool,It had an amazing view at night. Breakfast was served at 6:00-10:00AM. There was Assorted Foods,Fruits and Pastries were served daily. Beach at the resort was great,water was a little chilly, overall the weather was just right. I couldn't watch Netflix, due to it not working in the region."
