It was horrendous to find, and communication was poor. But made up by the quality and tranquillity. "Superb hotel with very conscientious staff who go the extra mile to make sure that your stay is as good as it possibly can be! The facilities were brilliant, everywhere was very clean and tidy. The food at the buffet restaurant was exceptional. The pools were lovely and there was lots on offer such as the spa and watersports. We also enjoyed the trips we booked with the hotel car and our guide, Yudha, was superb at keeping us informed, polite, courteous and tailoring the day to what we wanted to see. Very good value for money too. We were so impressed with the reception staff, concierge Eka Dharma, who we were in touch with before we arrived to arrange bookings, restaurant staff and spa staff. Nothing was too much effort and they were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the hotel on every measure!"
