"no recommendation. We were given a completely different room than the one we had booked. We said so right away and they spent 2 hours preparing the new one. Both the new room and the one we were given in the first place were full of mold. both on the ceilings, the walls and on the blinds next to the bathtub. "This is a very weird place. The design is odd in general. It’s a bit run down. Huge parts of it seem to be in process of demolition. On one hand, it’s a ghost town. It does not seem like very many of the rooms or suites are inhabited. Yet the place is also teeming with Russians- and the stereotypes are true, Russians are, in general, cold and often come across as rude. This hotel catches this vibe.
The price we paid was amazingly cheap. But did not include access to the gym. Access to the gym...

"This a great place to stay, the staff is great and helpful. The pool looked murky so I did not use but the rest of the property was great. You are in a jungle so small bugs here and there should be expected but nothing to be concerned about. Overall had a great time."

"Fabulous property! All of the Staff were SO friendly and service oriented. We loved our pool suite as it was private and spacious. The property is lush with greenery, flowers, a gorgeous Koi pond and waterfalls along the way to our room.
The Deeva restaurant served a excellent breakfast with a wide variety of fresh and delicious food to choose from. They have different themed evenings so we got all our meals there. We even took a fun Balinese cooking class.
