Once again - The Vira did not disappoint! Excellent boutique hotel with fabulous amenities. LOVE the upgrade to the pool area. Rooms have had a ‘refresh’ over the COVID period. Dining area is spotless & roomy for the size of the hotel. LOVE that there is complimentary pick up/drop off to the airport. But most of all……the staff are absolutely GORGEOUS. Nothing is too much trouble for them….in particular, Dewi at the front desk. Amazing that they remember you…..even after 4 years!

Wanted a room on ground floor close to pool but was given 3rd floor and quite far from pool and reception was not happy about that Restaurant and room service very expensive food was not great Didn’t enjoy buffet breakfast food was not hot wanted a coffee mug but they wanted to charge me for it also wanted ice sent to my room they wanted to charge for ice overall enjoyed Bali but not my accommodation

For the most part it was a good hotel. However my family and I had some laundry done. I assumed there would be a small charge, the day of checkout I was handed a bill for $34.63 for the laundry. Mind you it wasn’t a lot of laundry and the villa we had stayed at prior charged us less than $5 to do our laundry. I think the price was a bit excessive. I also didn’t appreciate the extra fees charged every time we’d dine at the hotel restaurant.
