to be fair we got a great rate package through Expedia for this hotel so for the price I paid this was a bargain. realistically only a three and a half star at best, but this hotel punches above its weight! the pool on top of roof has a great view, food is basic and tv is no movies all news. However the positives are big room, quiet spot but very convenient location, close enough to beach and as previously mentioned our price was way cheap.

Great hotel in an excellent loccation opposite the beach, close to the airport and near msny shopping and dining options. The staff are really lovely. The pool and rooftop restaurant are great, especially the view. Clean and spacious rooms.

Great location across the beach, close to Main Street, deluxe rooms are large, pool has great views of the beach and local areas. Wi-fi needs to improve significantly, keeps cutting out from bedroom to bathroom to foyer to Pool. Overall fantastic hotel

The room is big and clean, and totally my dream bathroom. Also the 5th floor is such a good place to chill and hangout, overlooking the sea. The staffs are attentive and kind, which makes better experience.

Fantastic property. It exceeded our expectations. Everything about Sulis Beach was wonderful. The room was clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The restaurant and pool area were very nice also. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's right across from the beach and the area around the hotel was very walkable and had plenty to do. We will be back!
