"3ベッドルームの部屋に５泊しました。とても豪華で大きな邸宅で快適にステイ出来ました。トイレ、お風呂綺麗でバスタブついてました。キッチンは一通り揃っています。スタッフ皆さん親切で、ステイのサポートをして下さいます。Sanurの中心から車で15分と離れているので、移動手段が確保出来ないときついですが、Grabタクシーで移動出来ました。ホテル周りは店も何もありませんがその分静かに過ごせます。Sanurの北なのでウブドに行きやすく、渋滞のひどいバリで北へ観光に行くのには良いです"

"We booked 9 days, stayed one and was woken by a shopping centre being built directly behind our villa at 7am in the morning. Not very clean and very very tired hotel. Reception people when checking in seemed put out by us even being there. Never did get any replies to emails, messages or even answering the phone. So forget any type of communication. Good staff, were lovely and tried to explain it's out of their control and happily gave a refund. No phones in rooms. Shower was straight down so...
