"We recently stayed at Andaz Sanur for 4 nights as part of my birthday week celebrations. Absolutely loved this stunning resort, the staff who couldn't do enough for you and the dining options which were available onsite. They even organised a lovely birthday cake which was very unexpected 😁 What we didn't love was the harassment we received by the ladies on the boardwalk (outside the resort) anytime we wanted to go for a walk. "I really loved this property and hated to leave! Everything was wonderful. The property is so beautiful and serene. The staff were magnificent. Everyone we encountered was so professional and helpful and nice from the front desk staff to the staff in the restaurant to the housekeeping staff. "ホテル構内の景色は美しく癒されました。対応くださったホテルのスタッフもどなたも親切で優しかった。外出しなくてもホテル内でも十分に楽しめます。ただ、ビラは少々古く、木材が湿った特殊な臭いもありました。空間消臭剤かアロマディフューザーがあればいいのですが。蚊帳はあって便利ですが、何年か使っているせいで汚れや血などあって汚いです。定期的に交換してクリニーングに出せたらと良いです。"
