The whole experience was amazing! My son loved the pools and waterslide. The restaurants and food were also amazing, especially the Indonesian restaurant. The staff were so lovely and genuinely friendly. Highly recommended, especially for families.

Great place to stay for family with or without kids. The pool villa was one of the best villa we stayed in SouthEast Asia. They did have some construction going either with its hotel expansion or with new hotel construction nearby, but it did not really bother us too much during our stay, e.g. noise, dust, etc. We did have an incident & some security issues, but the hotel strived to rectify the situation. Many thanks to Ms Sumerti who went above & beyond to make us feel accommodated. More CCTVs installed in the pool villas and its exclusive property is recommended. Overall, fantastic stay with things always more than sufficiently provided, e.g. water, towels, snacks & deserts, mosquito repellent, amenities, etc

The highlight of the hotel is the staff. They couldn’t do more to help and made our stay totally memorable. Anggi in the lounge, Gwen at Elara and our room steward Yogi went above and beyond every day. The food was excellent and breakfasts were really good with plentiful and regularly refilled options for breakfast. Options at The Deli were difficult to resist too. We had access to the club lounge. I can’t recommend this option enough. You may quibble about the price for the room but the serenity of that place takes some beating. The views from the hotel are simply beautiful. We will be back sometime but we will be visiting some other corners of the world first. Thank you for a great holiday

We had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, we were welcomed, ushered to our rooms, and everything was explained to us very patiently. Our room was spacious, and the room attendant showed a great deal of care when cleaning it. The lobby was beautiful, with fantastic views looking out ,amenities were exceptional—the pools were amazing, and my 7-year-old especially enjoyed the slide. The kids' club was great, and the swim-up bar was fantastic, staying open until 11:00 PM with amazing cocktails. Although the property looks a bit older in photos, it is very well maintained and offers great overall value for money. In fact, after checking out of the Hilton, we stayed three more nights at a much more fancied hotel, and it was not nearly as good as our stay with you. Thank you for a great experience's
