"Excellent stay at this beautiful resort! It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle in a serene location. It is a little ways, but we did walk in to the main part of town to explore. Wonderful customer service. The included breakfasts at the restaurant were very very good. A la cart meals were also good, one suggestion would be to change dipping sauce for the cauliflower bites to something like a garlic aioli or even sweet chili sauce. They had a lovely pool, and you could also use the sauna...

"Staff was very helpful and everyone from cleaning to pool were very nice. The pools were amazing, especially the adult only one. We tried a few experiences: Teppayanki: great taste and friendly chef, was a lot of fun. Only negative is the sauce maybe been a bit too buttery In villa dining: the staff set up a nice table and BBQ in our villa. The food was fresh off the grill and delicious with very generous portions."

"This was one of my favourite places to stay in Bali. Right away the staff were so kind and helpful. The room I was in had a sitting area and a loft, and the decor was absolutely stunning. It was very bohemian which is totally my vibe. The room was an amazing size and the patio had the most beautiful chairs that overlooked the pool area. Just around the corner (about a minute walk maybe) is their Bali Bohemia restaurant. WOW! Their food was amazing and once again, the staff were incredibly kind. The decor and music was incredible. The monkey forest is right outside the hotel and restaurant, which I really enjoyed. I love animals and seeing the monkeys around the area was super cute. If the monkeys got too close, the staff were on top of getting them away, but I personally loved seeing them so close up, and they didnโ€™t bother me at all. I will 100% stay here again!"

The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali

10/10 Excellent
"A superb hotel. Spent a week here in July 2026. Received a very warm welcome upon arrival and checked in to a standard room, more than adequate, spacious with a walk in shower and bath room. Bed was super comfy and huge! The pool area is more than adequate with sun beds available at all hours of the day. The pool has a great view over the nearby forest. Took advantage of the spa which provided excellent treatment, a little bit of extra luxury. The breakfast is very good with all youโ€™d expect from a buffet catering to all cultural tastes. The 2 restaurants are good, although you may wish to go farther afield for some authentic Indonesian cuisine. Plenty available. The staff are super attentive, always around to serve at the pool or dining facilities. Always a sincere friendly greeting. The hotel Is about a 15 minute cheap taxi out of Ubud away from the busy areas. Only minor read for improvement would be room balcony, ours was a little shabby and not so Inviting as it was very close to the main road. Maybe request a room facing away from the road if affected by noise. Overall we would definitely visit again and recommend to any wishing to visit Ubud."
