We enjoyed our stay at the Watermark, while I had mobility issues so found walking within the immediate vicinity difficult and therefore didn't explore well, we enjoyed the use of the shuttle service both for tea and to shops.

The watermark was a very nice hotel. It’s centrally located and close to the airport. The staff was great, very friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was very reasonable with a huge variety.

The property is a little out of the way, but for a couple who like to spend time with themselves it is excellent. Japanese restaurant is one of the best in the world for quality of food.Hotel Breakfast, there is a big variety, but most of it is not hot enough. I asked the chef to make banana pancakes for me. He was very helpful and they were delicious. Staff at this hotel are polite and care about everything and go out of their way to make sure you are happy Rooms are very good, clean and tidy Overall, our stay was great not overly expensive close to Balinese food outlet, 10 minutes from the airport and probably 10 minutes from Jimbaran Beach. look out for special discounted room rates. Very clean staff are very friendly loved our room Didnt like the restaurant we were charged a service fee ontop of the total of our meals $20australian. Wondered why we the only ones in to eat. Overall fantastic we will be back

Very clean, open, easy to be at. Huge rooms, comfortable beds, tubs on our rooms, fluffy towels. Rented 4 rooms, 2 air cons werent working properly, but they fixed immediately. My sink, tv, a/c, and fridge all had to be fixed, but they did it quickly and we were fine.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with our family of four! Our room was spacious, with two double beds, a large couch, and a table perfect for enjoying meals. The room was also equipped with a coffee machine and water dispenser. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and we appreciated the alternative Japanese set meal option. The hotel's free shuttle to Discovery Mall was a bonus, and we loved using the complimentary bikes to explore. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The two pools were a highlight for our family, and we appreciated the free water toys available for use. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities, friendly service, and great value.

Disappointing stays in Jimbaran

I saw cockrocchs crawling on the wall and in the closet, 3 times in total. I know it should be taken for granted considering the rainy season. Even so, i feel like i didnt get my moneys worth. Despite these unexpected encounters, the breakfast was well served in an all you can eat way and they have pools on the ground and in the rooftops. And the staff was friendly.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, a genuine warm welcome and service ethos. Location is excellent, close to the airport, Jimbaran beach close by which is a lot quieter and less rowdy than other beaches. Kuta a cheap taxi ride away, the hotel also provide a day time shuttle, for shopping and nightlife. The location is a great compromise between being quiet but not too far from things. Hotel eating options are very good, but there is a fantastic babi guling (Balinese suckling pig) place just over the road. Several mini marts nearby for shopping. The family suite rooms are great, big with two double beds and a small kitchen type area with a sink, fridge and microwave as well as a very big shower/bath/toilet area. Would recommend highly, 5*.

Not good.

We could hear all the people in the hotellobby, our neighbours talking, taking a shower, living their life. I would not recommend this place if you want to sleep well before a long flight home. And the breakfast was not worth 120.000 rupiah per person. All food tasted like chemicals = ultra processed food. Even the pancakes. The fitness center was a joke. Only thing that we felt was good was the friendly staff.

This hotel does not look anything like in the pictures, it’s a very outdated property, it was probably nice a couple decades ago. The staff was amazing and extremely friendly, but the room was the noisiest hotel room I’ve ever slept in, it literally felt I was sleeping on the roadside. Plus whenever the guest from the other rooms would flush the toilet, shower, watch tv or anything like that, it would feel like it was in my room. I hate to leave bad reviews but unfortunately I had no choice with this one. I highly DO NOT recommend staying there if you like to have a peaceful night of sleep.

I booked my one of my last holiday accomodations with this webpage to stay at Watermark Hotel & Spa Jimbaran Bali. Hotel was not what described as on this site. Had so many issues Shower, Toilet partly broken and AC was making a noice with no one could not sleep well. When I complained about this, I was give a new room it was almost like sleeping on the main road with so much noice. I was given a next day breakfast free but I thought I was entitled to which appeared to be missing with my booking finalisation. I was also told that I would get 70 - 90 free credit from this mishap, but it has not happened until to date. Please do not do this to any other customers who are coming to Bali with so much holiday dreams

We checked in late at around 10pm, and were greeted with kind and nice staff members. we had to check out early in the morning, the receptionist contacted catering staff once she knew that and helped us to arrange a breakfast box at 5:15am in the morning (their breakfast starts at 6:30am), which we found very considerate. The breakfast was nicely arranged with different foods including vegetables, egg, chicken, sausages, bacon, croissant, bread roll and fruits. It was ready at the lobby at 5:10am, we were impressed by this personal and flexible service. The room is spacious with everything we need. There’s plenty of space to sit and put our luggage. There are various restaurants and facilities and even money changer in the hotel, though we only had one night to stay in watermark and could not used those. The surrounding area is nice with a 24 hr Alfamart where you can find snacks, drinks and other daily necessities. There are also some local stalls, with a street stall that sell delicious martabek. We felt safe to walk around that area even late at night. The location is also excellent as it is very close to the airport. We would recommend this hotel and hope to stay here next time we come to Bali.
