"I had a disappointing experience with Expedia and the villa listed on their platform. This villa was advertised as being near downtown Ubud, but in reality, it was located far out in the countryside, nowhere close to the city. This false advertisement caused a lot of inconvenience, especially since there was no taxi service available for pickup or transportation. "We enjoyed every moment of 6 day stay in this 2 bedroom villa. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Even when we arrived earlier than expected they gave us access to a smaller room to rest up until our room was ready . The room service menu options were delicious. The villa was beautiful!!!! I wish the jacuzzi got hot but i guess it wasn’t mean to be a jacuzzi lol So don’t be too surprised that it’s the same temperature as the pool. Many other reviews mentioned the bugs, lizards ,...

"Diese Anlage liegt total abgelegen und deshalb haben wir hauptsächlich gewechselt in eine zentral gelegene Unterkunft in Ubud. Diesen Sachenverhalt hätten wir natürlich selbst bedenken müssen. Das ändert aber nichts daran, dass die Bettwäsche nicht sauber und die Kissen Stockflecken hatten. Insgesamt machte die Villa einen sehr abgewohnten Eindruck (Flecken auf den Sofas).
