"I had a great 6 night stay! The location is a bit out of the way from the main tourist areas but as a solo traveller it was easy for me to get a Grab bike to anywhere in Uluwatu for a cheap price. The staff are so attentive. Could not fault them. We were not prepared for the grandeur and scale of this report! It’s MASSIVE! The trams run regular enough to get places easily.
We booked the day before and stayed 5 nights at the Segaria. Which has the best vibes I think from all the hotel options. RIMBA is very far out and when we visited the pools, it was wayyy to busy and full of people. More family orientated while Segaria has an adult only rooftop pool and bar!
Negative for us was that everything around the hotel is about taking photos, to a scale we have never experienced before. People only care about social media instead of enjoying their holidays. So expect to wait for others photos all the time…
it’s also very expensive. Small beer is 150k when other 5 star hotels we stayed in charge 70-90k
Lots of loud construction going on at the hotel. But that is pretty impossible to escape in bali
