"Stunning property!! Received 2,000,000 IDR credit per day which allowed me to eat and drink for free daily at the many restaurants on site and room service. Every staff member was kind and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and I had everything I needed. Would absolutely recommend."

"Rude staff, extremely unwelcoming from the front desk. Dirty bathrooms. Room and hallway full of mosquitoes. The worst hotel. After the first night, we immediately checked out at 7 AM the next morning. Never boo this place."

"Staff were very friendly. Clean, nice and comfortable hotel. However we are so sad as the beach are under maintenance. They should inform us prior to the stay. The kids were disappointed. The view are spoiled with the excavator :( "

"We stayed as a big family group with children, 2,9,11. This resort was perfect for our stayed. Included breakfast was fantastic, great proximity to local shopping and onsite facilities were great. Pools for all ages and the high jumps for the pool were a highlight for the older children. Will definitely return. Staff incredibly helpful also."

"A really enjoyable hotel with great facilities at a reasonable price. Our room was tidy, clean and well serviced.
The food and beverage options were diverse and the standard across the resort was consistent. Our preferred eatery was the Ayodya Beach Club where it was more of a restaurant quality but that’s not to diss any other venues. We didn’t get to them all but what we did have was a good quality.
The resorts team were efficient, friendly and willing. While this is true of Bali...
