"Nice property and good sized villas with private pool. Made to order breakfast delivered to villa each morning was very good. Negatives are the location which is pretty far ride into Ubud and the room is very bright in morning due to no shades on the very large windows in primary bedroom. Only an issue if you want to sleep in a bit. "

"Well situated villa, but a problem travelling with one child and having a two floor bedroom with outside stairs. The problem was solved with an extra mattress in main sleeping room. We don’t use whats app which was a problem - which seems to be normal in Bali. Nice and friendly staff."

We stayed 2 nights and drove into Ubud the first night (about 20 minutes by car) and then on Saturday drove to Kintamani. Perfect location for seeing the area. The flower bath and bed arrangements were perfect Will definitely stay there again!"

"We stayed a couple of days in the Villa closer to the road. The villa is amazing. The rooms are spacious, the swimming pool and the garden are so beautiful, the area is quiet (ricefields), the breakfast included is excellent. Next to the villa there is a small supermarket in case of needs. Wayan (she) is so attentive with us and specially for the breakfast. Maybe the only thing to improve is to propose local transport to Ubud (as it was proposed by the past). It was very difficult to get drivers...

"Andaz Bali was beyond our expectations. The property is beautifully decorated according to Balinese culture which was very welcoming. But what made Andaz Bali stand out from other resorts around the world we have stayed out was the staff. There are not enough words to describe the staff. They are a wonderful example of what it feels like when you are coming home. From checking in, to staying poolside, or hanging out at the restaurants or lobby area. The staff was amazing. Andaz may have an awesome reputation, but Andaz Bali - the staff makes Andaz."

"The fire crackers on the beach nightly were very loud,unwanted. There’s signs on the beach saying they are illegal, no ones to enforce them. When people get injured the hotels will wake up. The location and gardens were spectacular."

"From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and welcome. We booked tanah gajah for our honeymoon and wish we had stayed for longer than 4 nights! The hotel has so much to offer - a tethered hot air balloon (worth every penny), professional photographer, rice field paddy tour and kedac dance nights. The staff were all brilliant and we slept amazingly well. We would definitely recommend the resort to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Ubud."
