"Our first visit to Bali. The staff at this resort were amazing! I appreciated how they went out of their way to make sure our needs were met - including packing breakfast for us when we had to leave early one morning and would miss their sit down breakfast. Speaking of which, that was such a perk! The food was good and there were generous amounts. Love, love, love! We used their spa services for massages. They were decent for the price, Deluxe room is very small, get a suite!"

"This is our second visit and the welcoming we received was excellent many staff recognised us from three years ago and were pleased to see us. As always all staff friendly and very helpful. "Always an amazing experience at this hotel. Spacious rooms, extremely helpful staff. Great food. And of course the elephant experiences. The hotel had to react to the government disallowing elephant rides, and they added several new experiences. A few things such as the light switches, AC control etc. are a bit aged by now, but that doesn't take away from the overall top rating."
