Amazing hotel and staff. It was close to warung and right in front of the beach it is my new spot for Bali. Kids loved the various pools, foam party and amazing breakfast. Location is convenient right in front of the kuta beach.

The resort was beautiful and had a view of the ocean from its restaurant and pool area. The ocean was a little rough for general swimming so the pool options were great. The staff was fantastic! Kind and helpful. You could tell the resort was a bit older but they were working on maintaining it.

Staff as always were friendly and always greeted with a smile. Great location and breakfast is always something to look forward to. Pools are becoming a bit of an issue with beds being reserved with towels and then people not showing up until later in the day. We still love the hotel and will always return

Avoid rooms in the Bali/old wing. Old AC units that caused the the entire room to be damp and the floor was completely wet by the next morning. They were able to move us to a new room the next morning however it was right at the very front of the resort facing the road so it was very noisy all night with all the traffic & vehicles passing. However staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were big and hotel was right on the beach so it was good value for money.

Had 2 poolside rooms lagoon side 1 with 2 adults other 2 adults and a 3 year old. the room with child come with couch as bed or cot which was too small for child when requested another bed was told it was another $60 an night another $720 for or stay which was crazy as we had already paid in original cost for a bed which they class as the cot so was not very happy with that. but the hotel an staff where great .but plenty of towels on lounge chairs with no one on them location is great an plenty of things to do an eat close by if didn't feel like venturing too far

My favourite place! I will be back again. The only thing I could add is - shower gel is a tad bit watery and could be better. And plain chips could be an option on the menu for around the pool (but that is me finding suggestions). Otherwise, been three times. And will be back another three times no doubt ! I love how the stalls on the beach front have been reduced abit so we can enjoy the sea at the hotel restaurant. Less stalls and umbrellas on the beach there is definitely better :)

The staff here are amazing. Especially Coka he is one of the managers. Always smiles and make sure to say hi. All the staff say hi and tell you to have a great day. Amazing The property is close to the ocean and the mall and many food and bars.
