    Great location Room service was poor We booked a pool access pool which was just a room near the pool which people from cheaper rooms came and reserved the chairs for the day. Was a waste paying the extra to get nothing different to everyone else. Staff were friendly. Were not allowed to bring food in from outside. Expected to eat from there menu instead which was not a great variety

    This is a huge property and some rooms are located a long walk from the pools, lobby, restaurant. I would not recommend the cheaper rooms in the Bali Wing as the one we had was dreadful, we were shown another room later the same day and it was not much better. In the end they upgraded us. They mentioned that renovations are going to commence on the older rooms in February which is well overdue and agreed about the 'bad' condition of some of the rooms. I am sure some rooms would have been in better condition than what we experienced but my opinion is of the two we were offered. These rooms were very very dark, dirt and dust behind broken run down furniture, unclean curtains, TV with damaged screen, and the most dreadful smell. I am a seasoned traveller to Bali and many other countries but have to say the musty smell in these rooms is unhealthy and in no way could you enjoy a healthy enjoyable holiday staying in that environment.

    The property was very run down and is nowhere a 2 star ratings. Staff were extremely uncooperative and didn't want to acknowledge issues with the rooms. We had to argue our case in regards to the condition of the room (Air Conditioner not working, blowing hot air) before we were re-located to a cooler room. The breakfast was below standard for a resort of that status (4 star), with a number of guests complaining about the number of insects and flies over the exposed food. An absolute disgrace
