"The room and facilities were really nice. Since this is a well-known hotel, pickups to excursions/tour guides always know where to pick you up from. It’s in walking distance to the shopping center and to the beach. It’s a safe area and the staff were very friendly. Food at the restaurants and buffet were tasty. Overall a good stay. "

"It has a beautiful lobby and amazing grounds and pool area's, and easy access to a lovely stretch of white sandy beach. The staff were friendly and attentive. As a couple we found the hotel felt a bit impersonal, but probably due to it's shear size. The rooms were clean, but a bit dated, and could do with an upgrade. I would recommend this resort to those that prefer a quieter and cleaner beach than Kuta or Seminyak area. "

"Our first time staying in Kuta, and this resort was conveniently located, with good beach access, and many dining options within walking distance. It's a smaller resort than others we've stayed in, and although we didn't use the pool area, it was on the smaller side. "We loved this hotel. The pools were great, dining options great, rooms spacious & clean, shuttle service to Bali collection & the beach available. Staff very friendly & nothing was an issue. Currency exchange at hotel. Spa treatments amazing!! & the resident squirrels are so cute. We will definitely stay here again"
