"The rooms are amazing, very modern and stylish. The beds are very comfortable. The noise level is pretty quiet however you can still hear sirens if theyre passing. The blackout feature is very good also, not much light creeps through. Only let down was that i needed to get staff to change pad charger as it was faulty which meant i had no access to any room features, but they did so quickly once i reported. "It was an awesome experience. I had an amazing stay here back in April when I visited London. Really nice and cozy room, free water and the most welcoming and nice staff! The best thing was being within walking distance of London Bridge and next to everything important! I will surely come back! "

"Overall very happy with our stay, one issue, we were there for four nights, room was only cleaned once, hotel was a bit dated, but I think it added to its charm, the room was specious, but the TV didn’t work, kept turning off, told the front desk, never got fixed. The location is great, the breakfast buffet, while a little pricey, was very good!!! Would definitely stay again! "
