"Fantastic, breakfast ok"

"Nice hotel, rooms very quiet even though you’re next to Waterloo station. Staff on the desk weren’t very informative. Not enough tea, coffee, sugar sachets in room also we booked for 3 people but only two cups. Plates at breakfast really needed to be hot for the cooked items as they went cold very quickly."

"Awful experience here. No check in information receive and had to spend hours on chat to hotels.com to finally get a random WhatsApp message with information at 9pm. Did not feel safe (they mentioned the name was different on the booking, so half expected someone else to arrive at the room) and the train noise is horrendous. Room was modern ish and clean enough but nothing is worth that mess of a check in experience and feeling like you’re sleeping on a train track. Avoid!"
