"Fantastic hotel. My daughter and I stayed one night and had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, the reception area was lovely and a great place for breakfast (which was delicious and free for my daughter as she is 8 years old). The room itself was spotless, comfortable and very quiet. We stayed in a room in floor one at the back. The shower was great and the use of the Ipad to control everything entertained my daughter! My only suggestion for improvement would be tea...

"Rumbling from subways trains at nearby Victoria station can be disturbing. Beautiful hotel lobby, but the lower priced rooms are nothing but convention center-hotel quality. In fact, there were meetings and conventions going on when we arrived. The room looked out at an old, dirty glass roof and was far from the lobby. It’s nice that they provide sone free water and cokes, and candy, but they candy is terrible, hard taffy, and sour smarties. So, it’s nice they try, but they need to...

"Easy to get to. Clean and quiet. Draw back is the glass doors and walls of the toilet. Not well thought out. Rooms are small, so there isn’t much privacy. Some things should be left to the imagination. Bonus that they store luggage for free for the day after check out. "
