"We asked hotel to confirm we could have a parking space, they confirmed by email but neglected to mention it would cost £15. Check on was great, friendly person and helpful. Room was nice but metal clothes rack by bed didn’t leave much room and I bashed my knee on drawer knob. Venue was not great for sleep, they had very loud music until 01:15 an we did not sleep well as road was also loud from quite early. "Staff was fantastic. Room had no air conditioning and was hot. Food was terrible in the restaurant. This is only for breakfast as that was all we ate there and it was pretty much terrible. The wait staff couldn’t even get the order correct and we had to keep asking. Loraine on the hotel staff was excellent!"

"There was no microwave in the room, and they could not accommodate the guests by putting one in the reception area. They kept giving excuses while other hotels in the area like holiday inn have microwave in their rooms. They refused to clean the room while staying for 5 days. Never stay here again."

"I booked the hotel for 1 night. When i arrived at the hotel it was completely nasty. The fridge was dirty, the bathroom had hair in it, the beds had orange spots with hair on them. I didnt stay for the night i instantly booked a new hotel, the travelodge it was amazing! I expect a full refund on that hotel i couldn‘t even stay for the night. Horrible experience.."

"The whole hotel smelt of cannabis and smoke. the bedroom was even worse, so bad that I had to leave at 1am as I was struggling to breathe in it. If your asthmatic or dont like the very strong smell of smoke I would avoid at all costs. The bedding stank of smoke and couldnt sleep on the pillows as was so bad"
