"The food we had at Dinner and Breakfast was very good. The area round the hotel was terrible and was in fact in places inaccessible, and the carpark was difficult to access by vehicle and dangerous to walk to due to broken surfaces and strange ramps. Our car is not really big or wide unlike more modern cars, but we struggled to park the car in a bay so we could get out of the car and when we returned to it someone had parked alongside so we had to crawl in from the back over the seats. "The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable, although the room was small, and if you ended up stuck inside, you’d quickly become claustrophobic. Likewise, the picture used to advertise the hotel is not a picture of any public or restaurant space in the hotel building, but a picture of the pub/restaurant 150 feet away. "Great budget place to stay overall! Quick air conditioned ride into London on the Elizabeth line got us everywhere we wanted to go. Pros: Very clean room overall and seemed recently renovated. Air conditioning was EXCELLENT! Bathroom in particular was nice, great shower and the light up mirror was a nice touch. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful bringing us towels and extra coffee milks when we asked. Also allowed us to check in early for free which was very much appreciated. Controlled...
