"Good location and clean, comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, the bed was small and my friend had to sleep diagonally because he was too tall to sleep normally. Bathroom could be larger too for a 4 star hotel. "
"Average. The rate we paid is a little high for the room that we got. However very convenient location, walking distance to Pavillion mall and eateries. Car park is chargeable for in house guests."

"Courtyard room has ample space for 2 persons. Essential amenities provided but wished they had body moisturizer in the room as well, i had to go out to buy a bottle. Walking distance to TRX, Pavilion, Changkat"

We were pleasantly surprised when were handed free upgrade from deluxe to 2 bedroom suite. The suite was large and spacious complete with kitchen amenities and washing machine. "
"Check in started at 2pm, the front desk seem a bit stressed, our room was only ready at almost 4pm. It’s an old building with a not so “driver friendly” parking lots.
The 2 bedroom suites was spacious , the kitchen has all the things you need for cooking.
At night the streets here can be heavy traffic, so plan your activities.
Overall I think I would give a 7/10. If you are couple looking to get romantic honeymoon feel then you will get disappointed. "

"1. Loved the room & the view
2. I had requested a smoking room in my reservations & even sent a message to remind. I received an email back saying allocation is based on availability.
But during check-in I was informed that the whole hotel is non-smoking. Would be good if I was informed of this prior so I can manage expectations. "

"Everything is good, just the lightnings in the bathroom are a bit too dark, the eperation of tv was clearly instructed, it cause a few calls and a visit by the mainrenance team, can be avoided by just a short instructions note the room.

"Not a good representation of the Ritz Carlton brand. Suite room no. 1000's bedroom is accompanied by the incessant noise of exhaust/AC unit outdoor. Towels in the bathroom are old and thin. The vanity mirror in the bathroom is half fallen. Bathrobe is missing a belt loop and old. Both requests for a room on a higher floor and support pillows were not met. Turndown service was not done on the third evening. Very, very little TV channels. Food and beverage offered at the executive club lounge were limited and nothing extraordinary. Parking fee (for executive club suite) was RM15 for 4 hours! Not a single cent discount?!"

"doesn't match the 5-star hotel status. Only 2 lines for check in, where 1 line is for priority members, and both lines wait for their turn for approximately 10-15mins each guests.
I do not know why check in takes this long.
When it is my turn, it is the same, where the staff just stares into the computer for 10 mins.
Furthermore, any requests that were made before my arrival was not noted although the staff has remarked that she will put a note on my booking. None of the staff found any notes for my booking.
Room is also dusty, and the toiletries tray is full of dust.
I will not stay here again."
