"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location right next to train station & super close to lots of shops, restaurants, and theaters. Room was small, but perfect for a solo traveler. Paid for a window room, but window was enclosed in an alley/courtyard, so really wasn’t much of an upgrade. Would definitely recommend & will be coming back! "

"Super accessible to anythong london. Internet was great. No breakfast just grab and go for us whole there and ot was expensive. Beds were comfortable and the greatest boews of the tower brodge you could imagine. Blown away at the hotel. I will say ot was listed it had an ac and whole i am sure it did it was locked and coupd not be turned down or on so one day it was 23 degreed celsius outside and inside fine but the next it was 27 celsius in the room and all we could get was a fan. "

"This was a nice little hotel close to a tube station and the Westfield mall. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and made the check in process easy. There was some construction while we stayed which created some noise and disturbance but was in the process of being completed"

"Location is great! There are lots of good restaurants nearby and it’s very close to several tube stations which makes transportation easy. Felt very safe with the fire brigade and police station down the street. However, it could get a tad loud with sirens throughout the night. Additionally, if you’re a light sleeper you might wake up when your neighbours above come in late at night. The walls a pretty thin. The toilet didn’t always flush properly in the room we were in and there was no air...
