It is clearly one of the older hotels downtown and that showed as the rooms were in pretty rough shape, however it was one of the cheaper options for downtown so given that you can’t really complain about those things. "We loved our stay in the Grand Georgian Blue Mountain. Our balcony overlooked the mountain. We were right in the heart of the village with the many restauraunts and shops. A very short drive from Scandinave spa. We used the hot tub on our first night. Our only feedback was there were only two chairs on the balcony. A small table would have been handy. "We had a lovely trip. The hotel worked out great for us, was clean, and above all the staff was wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and pleasant. Aaron at the front desk was especially welcoming and helpful! We will definitely stay here if we ever come back to Niagra Falls. The service was so outstandingly good that we will probably stay at radisson locations more often! "
