"The hotel was very clean and with an impressively large bathroom. It was quiet, had plenty of pillows, and is right next to Watford Junction train station, which was extremely convenient. A great, comfortable stay!"

However I have just been informed at the end of breakfast that it is not included in my Expedia booking! There is no warning of that whatsoever and I think that it is deceitful and deceptive. "

"we stayed here whilst visiting St Albans, it was perfect. Room was lovely,very comfortable bed, powerful shower, very clean. We ate in the restaurant on the first night, would recommend, tasty and good value. Breakfast was very good, nice selection and the cooked breakfast set us up for the rest of the day. Bar was good too, overall a perfect stay with lovely friendly staff. No hesitation in staying here again."
