"Check in was great Room very smal Lunch was not good had clubsandwich chicken was very dry send it back dinner was ok nothing special restaurant and bar staff looked like their did not want to be their Breakfast was ok but no real service "

"Property was in good order and great facilities. rooms were nice and clean and spacious, only gripe would be that my shower which was over the bath and not a walk in shower needs to be updated as it was creaking whilst showering "

"Had to move rooms once as no TV 2nd room, wrapper found in room on radiator so unconvinced on level of clean. No headboard on the bed so sat up against the wall with the one pillow available Earliest breakfast 08:00 so despite paying with the booking was unable to get food before having to leave for work. "

"Had a few problems with the room I was allocated on check-in, but these were addressed quickly, friendly and professionally by reception, with an upgrade. That room was very spacious, the only small gripe was it lacked personality. Breakfast was standard, orange juice was diluted and more like squash which is a pet hate of mine. Location wise it was perfect for me and the staff were great"

"The lady on reception upgraded me to a King room from a Queen. Very friendly, arranged a taxi for me, as due to the local council Uber's don't go from there. Room service was good, food lovely. Breakfast, great selection & the lady & gentleman there today were very welcoming. The gentleman in a very smart suit was old school, I hope he doesn't mind me saying that but he was full of the traditional values of the hotel, he has worked there for 40 years. Will be back thank you."
