"What a beautiful place to stay. Lovely hotel and grounds, easy access into Tring and surrounding countryside.
We had a superior room with garden view - lovely room, nice amount of space, lovely bed and bathroom and partial views of the garden (room 344)

"Booked for long weekend with family. Check in was at 3pm but had to wait 2.5 for rooms to be cleaned and got access to rooms at 5:30pm. No drinks from bar no compensation offered (complained and got it later), staff were very unhelpful. Delay completely ruined break. They offered a late checkout next day as compensation so we thought we would use the pool to find that children are not allowed in the pool until late afternoon to allow club members to use the pool, awesome. 2nd room, wrapper found in room on radiator so unconvinced on level of clean.
No headboard on the bed so sat up against the wall with the one pillow available
Earliest breakfast 08:00 so despite paying with the booking was unable to get food before having to leave for work. "

"Really enjoyed our stay here, the reception staff were lovely the hotel was spotless. Breakfast was help yourself and really nice
And you can eat in the area which is like a rainforest type setting
A lovely glass area which really brightens up your morning
Hardly heard a noise all night
