"We stayed 4 nights. the personal is always excellent, well educated the best.. However the housekeeping was lacking and room lacked basic toaltteries making it less than a 5 star (5 star is about details) We had to call and ask a toothpaste etc. My slippers was taken away and I had to call to get slippers. Also middle of our stay a laundry bags and order plates were removed as well making it impossible to place a breakfast card on the door handle. Not even tipping a housekeeping 20-30 a day...

Our room had no windows, felt dark and claustrophobic, and had almost no space to store or hang clothes. Basic amenities were inconvenient, like having to go to another floor just to iron. Housekeeping was also terrible—our room was never cleaned, the bed was never made, and towels were never replaced during our stay. "5 minuten lopen van Paddington Station, met rechtstreekse verbinding naar Heathrow, en naar Underground. Dichtbij Hyde Park. Geen overdreven luxe en wat oud maar prima basic hotel voor paar dagen Londen."

"Its a very good hotel, super close to kings cross / st. pancreas. It’s small but I have stayed in smaller places in London so impressed with this place. It’s very safe, clean and does the job especially if you are hardly in the room. It is on a busy main road so can be noisy outside but that didn’t bother me because I have ear plugs to sleep anyway. Highly recommend this place!"

"Une valise a été volé sous les yeux du personnel, dès notre arrivée à la réception de l’hôtel lorsque nous faisions l’enregistrement de nos chambres. Hotel bondé de monde , il ressemble a un hangar. Personnel nombreux et inexistant. Petit dejeuner mediocre. Chambre et lit minuscules, ce ne sont pas des lits doubles! Cet hotel ne merite meme pas 2 etoiles "

"I got exactly what I was looking for. I wasn’t trying to splurge and spend my entire travel budget on the hotel. So I opened for this hotel. That being said, I didn’t mind the shared bathroom. Wasn’t something that I’m used to, but it didn’t bother me. There weren’t any washing amenities or breakfast, but there is a laundromat nearby. It’s conveniently located next to a few cafes.
