The staff were so helpful giving us advice for travelling into the city. We arrived at 11 after driving from Manchester and there were quite a few parking spaces available. 10/10"

"Great stay and good value for money excellent get free hot drinks all day. Breakfast was ok could have bit better quality eggs and bacon and mushrooms but over all satisfactory. Maybe cooler rooms as was bit hot fan was in room to help might be asking to much but aircon would have been great. Again great place for value and location outside central London. Would stay again thanks 👍"

"Booked for long weekend with family. Check in was at 3pm but had to wait 2.5 for rooms to be cleaned and got access to rooms at 5:30pm. No drinks from bar no compensation offered (complained and got it later), staff were very unhelpful. Delay completely ruined break. They offered a late checkout next day as compensation so we thought we would use the pool to find that children are not allowed in the pool until late afternoon to allow club members to use the pool, awesome. Hotel is nice and...

"Just returned from a one night stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and staff were all friendly, efficient and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, piping hot with good quality ingredients. Only negative was a slightly squeaky bed and pillows not soft enough for my liking. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we are in the area"
