"There were 2 draft lagers on display. Only 1 was working and within an hour the other one wasn’t working. "

"This room is too small to be a family room, there was no place to walk or a chair to sit. The sofa bed for 2 boys to sleep is extremely small and squeaking all night, they had to sleep on 1 side for 2 days so they couldn't sleep. The room we had didn't have an extraction fan in the toilet so you can imagine the smell in the room. They should not give this room as an option for 4."

"Overall a good experience but issues with the postcode sent was to the incorrect entrance gate. Believe this was an issue for everyone. Nothing on the description to say the building/area was undergoing some work. Overall experience v positive. "

"Staff were fantastic. We had to get moved out of our first room due to bad sewer smell from bathroom. The second room was dated, dilapidated. Shower door handle loose, rain shower head broken and sprayed everywhere. Cracked tiles on the step to the bathroom. Stain on carpet under desk, bed was so uncomfortable, it was like a mattress that most would throw out. Not sure why more money isn’t being spent on the “servant quarters” bedrooms as this place had a great reputation. Maybe some of the...

"Great stay! Booked the room to do all my Xmas wrapping and the staff were great! Only one issue was that I couldn’t work out how to work the plug in the bath so left it full of water 😬"

"Everything was great except for the staff levels. The dining room, bar and even reception area seemed to be trying to function on a shortage of bodies. They did they best they could and were brilliant but it wasn't fair to see them trying to cover everything "
