"It was a spacious and clean room. And very easy to use the paid shuttle to and from the airport terminal. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was nice. I did not check out the environments outside, and there's not much space surrounding the hotel. Good for travelers wanting to make sure they're on time for their flights."

"Hotel in a convenient location 2 blocks froim a major metro station with a direct line to Heathrow Airport and connections to major rail stations. It was a LKITTLE noisy at times--but you're in the middle of a major metropolitan city, so I think it is reasonable. I lost NO sleep but there's horn honking in the daytime sometimes. Lots of food options, minutes away from major tourist spots."

"Loved the location! Train station was a short walk and you could go anywhere from there. Enjoyed walking in Hyde Park, also a short walk away from hotel. Staff was very helpful. Only negative was an uncomfortable bed. "

"The hotel did what I wanted it for to rest after my daily London outings. It’s right by HeathrowT4. I used the Elizabeth line or Piccadilly tube line to get to the tourist destinations I wanted to see. The breakfast was standard but good. I ate yogurt, eggs fruit and had coffee most mornings. There’s also coffee and tea in the room you can make yourself. Very pleasant staff. I have nothing negative about my stay."
