Falta mantenimiento: el agua se va varias veces a lo largo del día por falta de presión, el extractor de la cocina no funcionó en 10 días a ninguna hora, y la ventana del dormitorio estaba rota, no se pudo abrir en 10 días. A los 5 días de estar allí se descolgó hacia dentro con el viento y tuvieron que apuntalarla con un palo para que no se cayera. Así estuvo los 5 días restantes."

"Nice, clean hotel. Great location but I didn’t realise the style of the hotel and wasn’t a huge fan of staying in a shoe “box” with a bed. The extra, over inflated charges for storing bags before and after checking in also let it down for me."

"We really can't fault the Hotel Casa Scaligeri! The staff are delightful, friendly, welcoming, efficient and very caring and knowledgable and empathetic when my husband was unwell. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are so comfortable. The air con isn't noisy and is very easy to control. Breakfasts are extremely generous, very tasty and there is a good variety of options, served at the friendly cafe around the corner. Nothing was too much effort for the staff there. We thoroughly enjoyed...

The staff is most helpful and they have plenty of staff available. I liked the hotel's location, just a couple of blocks from Victoria Station. Also, several good theaters very close."
