"Det märktes att vi kom under lågsäsong. Det positiva var att vi hade spat helt för oss själva under 1 timme, det negativa att knappt några åt i restaurangen och vi blev serverade möjligt bröd till förrätten. Blev kompenserade med varsin, torr men annars god, tårtbit och ett glas vin. "

"Le personnel est particulièrement chaleureux, disponible, agréable et souriant. Presque tous parlent français et font l’effort de le parler. Buffet riche et varié, tout le monde y trouve son bonheur. Les chambres sont correctes et le ménage fait tous les jours. Seul bémol mais sans importance pour nous puisque nous ne recherchions pas ce critère, c’est l’animation. La plage est située à quelques mètres. Séjour très agréable."

"We stayed 4 nights. the personal is always excellent, well educated the best.. However the housekeeping was lacking and room lacked basic toaltteries making it less than a 5 star (5 star is about details) We had to call and ask a toothpaste etc. My slippers was taken away and I had to call to get slippers. Also middle of our stay a laundry bags and order plates were removed as well making it impossible to place a breakfast card on the door handle. Not even tipping a housekeeping 20-30 a day...

"The room and bathroom were clean with towels and essential toiletries. The check in process on an iPad was easy and there were plenty of staff on hand for help with this and checkout. The location is ideal for theatres , cinemas etc being in Piccadilly and close to Leicester Square, China town, Covent Garden and Soho. The hotel seemed very busy in the reception area but once in your room we heard no other noise. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient. We would definitely stay here again...

"Wasn’t told when booking that you have to pre book the pool for 30 minute slots. Was fully booked up. No flexibility. Spa weekend ruined. Cleaning carts in the corridor when checking in. Not a great experience."

"First of all, I believe we had the smallest room in the hotel. The shower area was literally 3 feet square. Not even for an average person. The sink is half a sink due to lack of room. When we asked the front desk if we could change to a bigger room, she said there was no availability.
