"The glass houses are located in an area where you have to drag your suitcase through gravel. It makes it hard to get to. Rooms are small but fine for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was good. "We have been too Park Plaza for years and is always our go to hotel for when we have a weekend in London. This weekend we felt like we have been really let down. We arrived at check in time and were told the rooms weren't ready and to come back in 20 mins. "This is an FYI review. Information I wish I knew before I booked. I chose Hotel 101 due to its close proximity to Terminal 4. However be aware that the free shuttle service only runs once an hour and it takes 40 minutes from the hotel to arrive at terminal 4 after going first to terminals 1, 2 and 3. So if you have an early morning flight like we did, forget about enjoying the breakfast you pre-paid for since it doesn’t start until 6:30 and they were still preparing and cooking the food when...
