Room was cool. Bathroom was small but OK. the shower is in the room, so water goes a bit all over, but thats a typical Danish thing really. Staff was great! drinks and stuff downstairs was available 24/7 without being over prices. really great place to stay over all. will come back.

Breakfast was ok, very basic not much choice but it was all kept tidy and clean. Rooms don’t have blow dryers and the reception couldn’t help either as they run out as well. Otherwise, very good location, very easy to get to the centre with metro station being 15mins away (walking distance).

This hotel have laundry room, it’s a surprise for me, I traveled about 20 days for many countries, no hotel have laundry room, at the hotel, room too smal abut the laundry room recovered everything. Just for me, because I need wash my clothes so badly! Over all food!

Despite being a little concerned with the negative reviews Cabinn has received, I had a positive experience overall. As I was travelling solo, it was important to me to be in a central location. There are no frills with this accommodation but as such, I believe it is appropriately priced. My room had everything I required and was good as a base for getting around the city with ease. When i arrived to check in on the Thursday afternoon it was a little overwhelming as Reception was crowded, however, I easily navigated the automated check in (and the same for the checkout arrangements). I did not have breakfast (as there are so many lovely places to eat in the city) so cannot comment on this. Do not be put off by the negative reviews. If you want a fancy hotel with personal touches this place is not for you. If however, you just want somewhere to rest, freshen up then get out and about to enjoy everything that Copenhagen has to offer, this accommodation is ideal.

The room was basic but good facilities for the price. Communal facilities were lovely and clean but the room cleanliness let it down: the towels, sheets, bathroom etc were all clean however it was clear only the ‘surface level’ cleaning had been done and no common sense

Good location and wifi. The rooms do not come with hairdryers, you would need to pay 100 DDK to buy a hairdryer. They only clean the rooms when you tell them the night before at 10pm. We arrived past midnight the night before and left early in the morning, so was not made aware. Also, we were often out early in the morning and arrived past 10pm. They were incredibly inflexible despite requesting politely. They charge to store luggage as well, whilst most hotels usually offer for free. Rooms were small, but understandable for the budget. Overall, the lack of consideration and flexibility over cleaning rooms made it a very negative experience.

There are many CABINN properties in the Copenhagen area so be very diligent in your choice. This property is in a very convenient area after all, however not the intended location ( my fault) so the photos were not clear regarding the reality . This is a very basic room, thin walls, thin rugs, no frills room with a wet room shower and toilet all in one flimsy walled bathroom with barely enough hooks and thin towels. Decent room for sleeping and getting out for the day to a wonderful city with excellent transportation! The cleaning lady found it difficult to understand why I wanted an extra trash bag in order to get rid of the trash that was piling up, that was a little weird.
