We loved the neighborhood and the hotel, such a great stay! Just be prepared for a bit of walking, which we didn’t mind at all. The staff was absolutely phenomenal, especially Eric at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly helpful, answered all of our questions, and even went out of his way to help us switch our bed setup to twins. He also kindly shared a helpful tip for future bookings when using Expedia, which we really appreciated. A small wish would be having complimentary water in the room, and hopefully on our next visit the room will be a bit more updated. That said, overall it was a wonderful experience, and we would absolutely come back and stay here again.

An amazing experience!! Our first time in Italy, Venice and the hotel were wonderful. I brought my fiancé to propose and the hotel helped out in several ways that made the trip an unforgettable experience. Rima at the front desk was amazing, was very friendly and gave so many helpful suggestions. In our opinion she deserves a promotion or a raise!
