I would have liked to have access to Hot water to make a cup.of tea, this was the only thing missing for me. "We got a standard room that was very clean, and a shower with hot water and good pressure. The hosts were very approachable, kind, and helpful. It sits in the center of historic downtown with lots of restaurants and shopping right outside the hotel. While close to shopping areas, it was very quiet at night. 10 min walk to the Spanish steps and beautiful water fountains near by. Would stay here again in the future and recommend to others!"

"Nice room, good air con, good location Close to Spanish Steps. However, there are 3 different sites so you are not sure which you get. It is difficult to navigate back cos the link diection is to reception. Also, reception suppose to open frm 10 to 5pm. However it was closing at 3.30pm which give us a difficulty as our luggage was delayed and they had difficulty getting it delivered. In the end we had to go to the airport to collect it, causing lots of inconveniemce"

"This was a very nice apartment type stay, the host was very good and had suggestions for eating and places to visit. The apartment had a washer and cooking facilities so that was nice, and the location was out of the main tourist area but still in the older parts, so it was quieter but still accessible, there is a beautiful church very close by, and all of veronas main sights are well within walking distance. The apartment is in a renovated older building and is quite beautiful."
