Not what you expect from a Hyatt
While checking in everything was pretty smooth and once we had checked in we headed for breakfast which was delicious and as we got to our room, we soon realised that the plug and the USB ports were not working on one side at all and as influencers who need to be on their phones due to business purposes this meant it was hard for us to get any work done at all, moreover, when I called to ask for a international plug I was asked to pay a holding fee for $/£/€ 10 which I thought was absolutely absurd. Day 2 we got stuck in a lift and had to be rescued into a basement oh and also, don’t use the room phone as no one listens and would like to redirect you to the reception at their earliest convenience as they don’t wanna hear a word. Twice I had asked for our room to be cleaned but we came back and found the same room that we had been living in and had to clean ourselves. I would say this stay was very okay and not what you would expect from a Hyatt hotel.
