"Kamer, badkamer en keukentje was zuiver. Er is een rolluik aanwezig dus de kamer kon pikdonker gemaakt worden. Enige nadeel van de kamer vond ik de badkamer, de douchekop staat op een vaste hoogte waardoor deze maar tot aan mijn nek kwam. Op het toilet zitten kan voor grote mensen krap zijn. Koffie werd niet aangevuld en er was geen housekeeping toen ik er verbleef. Goede locatie op Disneyland en Val d'Europe te bezoeken."

"Check-in was quick. Only had to pay tourist tax and security deposit before getting key to apartment. The apartment was very clean and the air conditioning units for all rooms worked great. Only wish there was a bit more amenities like a hair dryer. The location is good, dining and grocery options just below. The mall is about a 10 minute walk away."

"The morning shift was not to good after a 12hr flight all we wanted was to check in we got there about 30min before check in time they asked us to wait a bit we sat in the lobby for 1hr and the girls in the front desk never let us know our room was ready if i would have never got up from the chair and asked we they would have never let us know our room has been ready…however the night shift was AMAZING they were very helpful, informative, kind and knowledgeable and very fast at picking us up and...

"Tolles Hotel, wir übernachten hier gerne wenn wir im Disneyland Paris sind. Waren bereits einige Male hier und können es jedem wärmstens empfehlen, persönlich muss ich sagen schlafen wir hier in den Betten sogar am besten. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet, Parken vor Ort kostenlos. Kleines Manko, Chromecast am TV funktioniert leider nicht mit iPhones - wäre gut wenn das gefixt werden könnte."

"The location is ideal as it’s 20 minute walk to Disney. The shuttle bus is a nightmare it gets so busy at times it felt suffocating and unsafe . Heck in was slow as there was long queue and only ever one person on reception. Our room was ok, it wasn’t the cleanest - food was stuck between the gaps on dining chair, stains on soda bed. Toilet kept blocking, the room was badly battered and had weird brown stains on the roof. Sofa bed was hard and we had no pillows for the sofa bed and staff...

"The room had no a/c, being an American, I figured I didn’t know how to work the a/c system. I googled how to use it. Watched videos. It still wasn’t working. The first night was super uncomfortable. The second night I asked, they told me my room had no a/c and gave me a portable fan. That I had to carry up to the second floor. Pool was closed. Elevators were also closing due to maintenance. Staff were as extremely nice. I didn’t know we had to pay for breakfast, not worth $12 each person....

"The hotel is fine for a short family break at Disneyland. But bear in mind it’s a 2-star, so very basic. Staff checked me in but as we were early, the room wasn’t ready, so we went off to the parks and then returning some 6 hours later, hot and tired from the parks, they couldn’t find our booking. Was quite stressful. Breakfast is a bun fight and some of the cutlery and cups v dirty."

Hotel had lockers with a personal code to lock your belongings which was probably the only good thing I would say about this hotel Please note even though they advertised Air conditioning- rooms do not have AC. My sheets felt damp from the humidity in the room. I travelled in June and wasnt able to sleep all 3 nights from the rooms being so hot and humid - let alone sleeping on sheets that felt all wet! "Wonderful location: 30 paces from the train station. Fine bathroom amenities. Air conditioning was wonderful during this historic heatwave. Staff was helpful during check in as well as revering a taxi for my trip back to the airport before trains were scheduled to begin"
