"Favourite Disney hotel … mainly because it wasn’t really Disney but Marvel which my Spider-Man obsessed son loved. The staff absolutely made it worth the premium. Stayed in an empire state room & were treated like celebrities. Nothing was too much trouble & the room was maintained daily, lovely amenities. The private breakfast dining room was so much nicer & calmer than the heaving main dining hall. Also complimentary afternoon tea was a great touch Spider-Man meet and greet was worth...

We had a few small meals in the bar to watch the end of a few World Cup games, we found the bartender and the servers to be very attentive and friendly.
