Stayed in an empire state room & were treated like celebrities. Nothing was too much trouble & the room was maintained daily, lovely amenities. "Breakfast is the worst part of this property- don’t spend the extra money to buy breakfast. Parking is minimal but we never had an issue finding parking. About a 10 min drive to Disney. They should consider having a Disney shuttle to and from the hotel. Pool is basic but ok. Rooms are a bit run down. We paid a lot of money for a suite and it was alright but felt overpriced for what it was. All in all, I would stay here again but I’d call it a middle of the road hotel which is likely why it’s a 3...

Waren bereits einige Male hier und können es jedem wärmstens empfehlen, persönlich muss ich sagen schlafen wir hier in den Betten sogar am besten. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet, Parken vor Ort kostenlos. Kleines Manko, Chromecast am TV funktioniert leider nicht mit iPhones - wäre gut wenn das gefixt werden könnte."

"I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. When I checked into my room, I found stains on the bed cover. I notified the front desk and requested clean bedding. Instead of having a staff member change the sheets, my son was told to do it himself. I found this to be unprofessional and unacceptable. "The room had no a/c, being an American, I figured I didn’t know how to work the a/c system. I googled how to use it. Watched videos. It still wasn’t working. The first night was super uncomfortable. The second night I asked, they told me my room had no a/c and gave me a portable fan. That I had to carry up to the second floor. Pool was closed. Elevators were also closing due to maintenance. Staff were as extremely nice. I didn’t know we had to pay for breakfast, not worth $12 each person....
