"The property was brand new, all the staff were very informative, and the location was perfect. The area is developing with new shops and restaurants getting added all the time. Free shuttle to DLP, short walk to Val de Europe shopping centre, nice park for the kids to play close by as well ."

"We had a great stay! We arrived early from an overnight flight. The staff assisted us with check in, allowed us to freshen up and delivered our bags to our room while we enjoyed the park. We stayed in a club level room and were blown away by the amazing breakfast and afternoon tea. Highly recommend this property."

"Rooms clean , comfortable bed . Swimming pool was a life saver . Only let down was the WiFi and the breakfast was shocking wouldn't recommend the breakfast other than that was great. Good location to go to disney"

It was a good idea to have read through other guest's reviews first as we knew to bring our own hairdryer :) We will definitely be staying again. The only negative feedback that I would give is that the place is missing a vending machine to buy drinks from. If arriving at night, the nearby shops would be closed."

"Hotel free Shuttle services to Disney very good and reliable. Breakfast choice very good and plentiful Swimming pool a great way to relax after a day in the park!! Only negative was the barman in the hotel bar needed some help in cleaning tables and serving we had 35mims wait for drinks on two separate occasions, waiters bringing food should clear tables and check if you’ve got everything you need!"

"The air conditioning in our room did not work. It was 104 outside. I was told it would be fixed and it was not. We had to change hotels at midnight in Paris. The hotel lobby was filthy and hot. Very few amenities. There was a restaurant but if it was closed, you didn’t even have a place to get drinks. The staff told me I would get reimbursed soon for the 2 night reservation. I’m waiting for this patiently."

"We stayed here as a family of four (3 adults, 1 child) for three nights for Disney. I would recommend staying here; if you fancy a walk its only 15 minutes to the entrance of Disney Village and there is a regular shuttle they run to and from the park. Its very safe, in a lovely area and a short walk to the shopping centre. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a self catering trip, we were able to cook and they provided basic cleaning products. The beds were comfy, with clean...

"Deluxe room was nice and access to the D lounge was the way to go for 2 meals a day included , the food is very repetitive unfortunately and lacks variety. Pastries were very nice , Staff in d lounge could be more attentive "

"The room had no a/c, being an American, I figured I didn’t know how to work the a/c system. I googled how to use it. Watched videos. It still wasn’t working. The first night was super uncomfortable. The second night I asked, they told me my room had no a/c and gave me a portable fan. That I had to carry up to the second floor. Pool was closed. Elevators were also closing due to maintenance. Staff were as extremely nice. I didn’t know we had to pay for breakfast, not worth $12 each person....

"Das Hotel ist eher so im Hostel Style. In der Lobby sind viele Spielattraktionen für Kinder vorhanden, die tatsächlich auch nicht teuer sind. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Perfekt ist auch der kostenlose Shuttelbus, der alle 10-15 Minuten ins Disneyland fährt. Fahrzeiten waren nie länger als 10 Minuten. Für die Erwachsenen gibt es auch eine Hotelbar, welche eine gute Auswahl an Getränken und Snacks hat. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist das Frühstück. Sehr einseitig und relativ wenig...
