Hotel berdekatan Disneyland® Paris

"Das Hotel hatte neu eröffnet und es war sehr sauber. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Einziges Negative war, unser Zimmer wurde leider in den 3 Tagen nicht gereinigt."

"Hotel is perfect location for Disney and shopping transfers to Disney was a fantastic service, rooms and pool amazing however, although the breakfast offered a decent choice there were days when several breakfast items were not available, which left limited options despite the breakfast still being available for several hours. The hotel staff were helpful and pleasant but that did not extend to restaurant staff who were very unhelpful which was the only issue we had with the hotel. Despite this...

"Staff were friendly, rooms were big, location was great. It was a good idea to have read through other guest's reviews first as we knew to bring our own hairdryer :) We will definitely be staying again. The only negative feedback that I would give is that the place is missing a vending machine to buy drinks from. If arriving at night, the nearby shops would be closed."

"The air conditioning in our room did not work. It was 104 outside. I was told it would be fixed and it was not. We had to change hotels at midnight in Paris. The hotel lobby was filthy and hot. Very few amenities. There was a restaurant but if it was closed, you didn’t even have a place to get drinks. The staff told me I would get reimbursed soon for the 2 night reservation. I’m waiting for this patiently."

"The room had no a/c, being an American, I figured I didn’t know how to work the a/c system. I googled how to use it. Watched videos. It still wasn’t working. The first night was super uncomfortable. The second night I asked, they told me my room had no a/c and gave me a portable fan. That I had to carry up to the second floor. Pool was closed. Elevators were also closing due to maintenance. Staff were as extremely nice. I didn’t know we had to pay for breakfast, not worth $12 each person....

"Room 1211 we checked in late after spending a full day in the parks to wake up and see what can only be described as a poo smeared stain on the carpet which looked uncleaned and had gone un noticed by the cleaners. We informed reception about this as soon as we saw it and they looked at the picture they knew it looked like poo but said it was probably a coffee stain which is definitely wasn’t, they cleaned but it was still very much there so we had to keep out pram over the top of it to avoid...

"Wonderful location: 30 paces from the train station. Fine bathroom amenities. Air conditioning was wonderful during this historic heatwave. Staff was helpful during check in as well as revering a taxi for my trip back to the airport before trains were scheduled to begin"
