"The staff were friendly and welcoming . The rooms were clean. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty and we had to keep going to the front desk for small bottles . The beds were comfortable and our family of four had plenty of room to sleep. The pull out bed had a great mattress which made for a good sleep. There is a great French bakery close by. Not too many others within walking distance . We did not enjoy the in house breakfast . We had to wait in a long line, and then we sat...

"Wir sind schon seit gaaaaanz langer Zeit Gäste im Relais Spa Chessy. Es war immer super, nette Mitarbeiter, tolle Premium Zimmer, immer sauber, prima Shuttle zum Disneyland. Leider hatten wir im November 25 ein gewohntes Zimmer und ein gar nicht schönes Zimmer. Das Bad war nicht wie gewohnt sondern eher wie ein Handicapt Bad, die Küchenzeile war sehr nah am Bett. Aber sonst war alles wie gewohnt. Bei unserer jetzigen Buchung im März 26 hatten wir wieder 2 schöne Zimmer, sogar mit Balkon im...

"Clean room, parking on site "

"Abbiamo soggiornato con la nostra bimba di 6 anni. Camera e bagno piccoli ma perfetti per due notti. Non abbiamo usufruito del servizio colazione perche a mio avviso il prezzo è eccessivo. Se dovessimo tornare a Disneyland ritorneremo in questo hotel, la fermata val d'Europe della rar a è proprio di fronte all'ingresso dell'hotel e in 5 minuti eravamo davanti all'ingresso Disneyland. Meraviglioso. Consiglio."

"ein doch schon in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel , dennoch sehr ordentlich und sauberes Hotel , Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Der Aufenthalt hat uns Papa mit 3 Kindern großen Spaß gemacht und wir ware alle zufrieden. Das angebotene Essen war super lecker und gut"

"Hotel itself is actually ok. The rooms were nice and clean. They where basic but what do you need really. The staff mostly seemed helpful and nice. The evening "snack" bar food was very tasty and seemed to be made to order. But the breakfast "wow" basic, busy not enough tables, never enough plates, cups, glasses or cutlery. It was pretty much every man woman and child for themselves. The staff at breakfast tried their best to clean tables for people. But the vast majority of people just leave...

"Great staff, at check in and bar. Food was good and we appreciated the late service with a good menu to choose from. Room was clean, appreciated the water station to refill bottles. The bed was comfy, small but functional I am just disappointed I had to make my own bed the second day. We were given new towels we did not need or asked for but nothing else was done including the bed so coming back late after a full day at Disneyland and have to make the bed left me feeling a bit frustrated."
