"Everyone that we interacted with we great, obviously we had a little language barrier but they all spoke English very well, which was great because i do not know enough French. Location is very close to the train station which can get you almost anywhere in the Paris area. For Americans: They have no ice machines. we had a fridge/freezer in our room and we used paper cups to make ice that fit perfectly into our water bottles."

"Das Hotel ist eher so im Hostel Style. In der Lobby sind viele Spielattraktionen für Kinder vorhanden, die tatsächlich auch nicht teuer sind. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Perfekt ist auch der kostenlose Shuttelbus, der alle 10-15 Minuten ins Disneyland fährt. Fahrzeiten waren nie länger als 10 Minuten. Für die Erwachsenen gibt es auch eine Hotelbar, welche eine gute Auswahl an Getränken und Snacks hat. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist das Frühstück. Sehr einseitig und relativ wenig...

"Breakfast was good. Lobby is very spacious and modern. Shuttle to Disney is convenient, but there could be some air conditioning right? Now let's talk about what went wrong. Not a four star experience. We booked a room with a king bed on Expedia, when we were checked in, received a room with a queen bed. When we called to ask the front desk, the answer was that we paid for a queen bed. Later we reviewed our Expedia receipt and confirmed that indeed we reserved the king. My wife was right beside...

"Sono partita credendo di rimanere molto delusa e trovare vari problemi..in quanto la comunicazione con la struttura, anche tramite expedia, è stata molto scarsa e deludente.. invece, una volta arrivati lì ci siamo trovati bene.. tanti aspetti da migliorare..ma tutto sommato tutto bene..personale abbastanza disponibile..posizione ottima per Disneyland..quartiere bellissimo e ben servito..e non male per arrivare a parigi. "The temperature in the room was intensely hot & the small window only opened a couple of inches. Frustratingly there was a large window right next to it that we weren't able to open and the handles had been removed. Staff stated this was law. It was a first floor room. I understand the danger, but it is also dangerous to expose people- especially young children and babies to such intense heat. It was so hot it made us feel physically unwell.
