"This hotel is ideally located near the train station and a few minutes walk to the main centre. Walkable to The Shambles, walls, shops, Viking centre etc. The room was very spacious and clean with amenities provided. Tea/coffee and biscuits were provided and a fridge in the room with water. We couldnโ€™t fault the room. We didnโ€™t eat in the hotel so couldnโ€™t comment on the food but the choices looked good. We did use the gym. It was small but had all we needed. We thought it had an indoor pool but this was linked to the spa, so unless you are having a spa session, you canโ€™t use the pool. If you are looking for a nicely located hotel with a little luxurious feel then this is the hotel for you. We would definitely return."
