"If you order a deluxe room, you are sent to another building that is not connected to a hotel. The deluxe rooms are in some office building/apartments where a floor has been turned to hotel units. If you need anything after a certain time, you have to get support from a sister hotel nearby. Hotel breakfast was good and service was good at the hotel breakfast. Julio made our mornings great. The staff at the sister hotel was also nice."

"The hotel was just lovely!! The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms are just perfect. The hotel is located on Tronchetto part of Venice. This is about 25-minute walk away from the main city, but you can hust hop on the People Mover/Monorail that is designed to get you from Tronchetto to the main city in 5 minutes. Also, you can pay for it via tapping your card, and it only costs €1.50 per person per ride so won't hurt your wallet. All in all,...

"The property is ok but for the price it is lacking. 1. Rooms were small, shower leaked all over the floor. Rooms were clean however. Mini bar set up is nice. 2. Rooftop bar. First bartender was beyond rude. Obviously displeased we showed up 40 min prior to closing. Told us he closed in 20 minutes and huffed and puffed about it. While waiting at the bar, he prepped two drinks and another patron came in. The gentleman I was with grabbed the drinks so we could go sit and the bartender screamed “...
