"We really enjoyed our stay at Second Nature. It has a modern and ‘homey’ feel to it; my teenage son loved sleeping in the loft bed which was so cozy and comfortable. It was great having a kitchen and especially appreciated having laundry facilities downstairs. Check in was easy and the desk staff members were all so helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting comfort (vs. a luxury marble lobby type of hotel experience)."

"No hooks in the bathroom to hang robes. When you turn the bathroom light on, since the doors are glass it lights up the whole bed area. Very annoying if your partner gets up in the middle of the night the whole bed gets illuminated"

"Whilst acknowledging that this is a 5-star “restaurant with rooms” and not a 5-star hotel, it is marketed as a high end accommodation but fell short. The quality of the in room coffee and hot chocolate wasn’t great (although very nice soaps in the bathroom!), and it wasn’t fun/a good start to the holiday to carry our pre-cruise suitcases through the restaurant and then up the stairs.
