"Returned to the same hotel the week after our first trip as its conveniently located near the train station. Breakfast is great with a good spread. The room allocated was at the very end thus dragging all our luggages was tricky. Those driving will need park elsewhere. "

"The room is clean, but the first room I moved into had ants in the bathroom. So they moved me to another room. The room they assigned me originally was on the first floor, but it that isn’t the main floor and it is two flights of stairs. There is no elevator. The next room was the first I moved into to with the ants and it was down stairs, less steps but still no convenient especially with 2 heavy bags. The third room was still in the basement area rooms (street level supposedly) but no exits...

"This is a lovely place to stay. It is in a quiet residential street with no noise at night. It is close to Olympia where I was spending some time so just a short walk to venue was great. The staff were all super nice, the breakfast buffet was really good and for £9.99 I thought it was good value. The room I had was spotlessly clean. I had a single room which was all I needed and it was super comfortable. I will definitely look to stay here again."

"There are no staff at all in this property so if there is an issue you need to message them only. Check in is not smooth if you dont have data or a phone with no battery, as their model is all dependant on digital technology…if your phone has no battery your not getting in your room!!!!!!! No air con either makes it a hot and stuffy room in the summer, nice room otherwise!"
