"Booked and paid last year for room with king bed. Didnt get that. No explanation why from staff. Room was in old part with no ventilation and double bed that needed to be replaced years ago. Pillows were terrible. Floors created and shower water got stuck on scalding and needed to be fixed. All over very disappointing stay. "

"I had a very large quiet room at the side of the building on the first floor. Number 9.
The bed was wonderful , comfortable with good pillows. The building itself is an historical gem. The furnishings and renovated bathroom are top notch.
Breakfast was included, There could be a bit more choice but adequate.
Location for the Cathedral opposite couldn’t be more perfect. A great team at The Chapter house. Thank you . "
