"A lovely, well located hotel for access to Downtown Vancouver and Coal Harbour / Stanley Park. The staff are kind and helpful, the building is spotless, and the rooms are spacious. The only thing to note for upcoming months is that the hotel is undergoing renovations, so not all rooms are to the same quality. "We will stay here again as the hotel is a great location. Also happy with the restaurant choices. I think the hotel fell short on some of the cleanliness. The big beautiful window looking out to the water was full of dust and spider webs. It could use a good cleaning. Also the rugs in front of the elevators were badly stained and gross looking. Customer service was great atthe check in and in the restaurant we ate at."
