"All in all the resort was clean and tidy. The staff was great. The pool and hot tub were excellent. However, we were confused about why the steam sauna and cold plunge are only available if you book them for a charge with the spa...
The 1st evening we went down for a dip it was all open. There were no signs about having to "reserve" these amenities. So we used them for a short time. The next day there were signs on the door of the sauna saying "reserved".

"The shuttle from the parking lot was quick and efficient.
Check in was easy and friendly.
Going up the stairs to our room on the top floor was a little concerning. It seemed old and in need of cleaning and paint. Opened the door with an old key lock into a well done, clean large room, with a rustic vibe. Sat out on the deck and watch the light change as the sun set. A magical experience.
Most memorable hotel stay of my life."

"Amazing staff and prompt responses to concerns. Our fridge was not cold and since they cannot fix it and unable to swap with another fridge, they offered a discount on our bill, and stored any perishables in their facility fridge."
