"Quite expensive stay for one night but the close proximity to the stadiums is worth it. The elevators can get quite busy also, but we were able to get an early check in, room was clean as always. Great central location."

"City view room didn't have a view as windows were frosted. Nespresso machine didn't work. Bathroom was really small, no counter space. Charging outlets didn't work on one side of the bed. No coffee available in lobby. had to buy it at their coffee shop."

"It was a pleasant quiet one night stay. The complimentary breakfast and cruise terminal drop off was a great experience as a parent travelling with two kids. The driver of the shuttle was nice and friendly and provided other guests with touring activities they could enjoy during their stay in Vancouver. I thought that was thoughtful of him."

"Beautifully remodelled hotel. Missing things you would expect in a hotel conference. No iron. Asked, and they said they would get one, but after a 4 night stay, they still didn’t have one. Staff was unfriendly, especially the person at check in."
