Pinnacle Hotel Whistler Village

Pinnacle Hotel Whistler Village

8/10 Good
"Great value for location, hotel is small and old, facilities are good and swimming pool and hot tub were a hit with the children. Kitchen was well equipped but all very tight. Shower was great and more modern, but limited soaps and no conditioner provided. Staff were great and helpful. Hotel needs some colour or light added it seems really dark and makes it feel dated. Everything was walkable."

"Great location in lower Creekside village area. Secure covered parking but spaces are very tight AND they charge you $21 per night at checkout with no mention of this before (except the fine print deep in the listing, so beware). The unit is spacious and comfortable, although a bit dated. The pool is noisy and lots of kids from morning until after dark, especially on the weekends. They also failed to mention the roof was being redone and scaffolding blocks the view from our room and debris on the deck not cleaned. Despite those issues we enjoyed our stay and found it to be a good value with helpful and friendly staff."
