"Great service, helpful desk staff will all our questions. Underground parking is pretty spacious (mid-size compact, can't speak for SUV/trucks), despite some confusion with elevators. Room was definitely a bit older, only complaint was the air vent above one of the beds had some dust bunnies. We booked this at 5AM after having our other hotel cancelled last-minute, and the staff here were super accommodating. Would definitely come again! "

"Another great stay. Once you arrive at the property, the young and professional staff at front desk are always welcoming and make you feel at home away from home. Don’t try to call, the telephone is never answered. The facilities and room are always super clean and the bed (in my opinion) is very comfortable. Many options to eat around and within walking distance. Parking is convenient and the shuttle runs smoothly and professionally."
