"Had activities throughout the day. Granddaughter loved the Karaoke. Shuttle service to SDC wasn’t very good. On a Saturday evening sent a text saying they were shutting down service at 4:00pm the park didn’t close until 7:00pm so that was disappointing. Had to make other arrangements for being picked up."

"Booking through Expedia was a bad idea. I didn't get the 2 queen beds I thought I was getting, I didn't get the free breakfasts the booking said I'd get, and the site said I'd have a choice between paying 40.00 for self parking and 50.00 for valet parking, upon getting there at 4p.m. I was told by the hotel staff that all the 40.00 self parking spots were taken so I was forced into paying 50.00 for the valet service. I'm not happy."

"I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely the Clayton Plaza hotel is. The room had all the amenities of a fancy hotel. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with many options and full omelette and waffle bar and restaurant table seating available. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel, great location and very reasonable pricing!"

"Rented the Presidential Suite since it was claimed as the best room in Branson. No its not. I've stayed at much nicer places for half the $$. Yes, in Branson. I understand they were going for a Tuscan romantic vibe. The furniture was old, the bed looked like a haystack stuffed in a sack. The saving grace was the ornate bathroom, which was very luxurious. The multi head shower did not work. The view from the tenth floor looking over table rock lake was very nice. There was not a full kitchenette...

"From the outside looking in, the property looked really nice. When we checked in, the toilet didn't work. The front desk said the maintenance person was gone but they could bring me a plunger. They never did. When we went to take a shower in the morning, we noticed blood stains on the bathroom walls. Front desk staff argued with me stating that it wasn't blood. Finally they sent a housekeeper up who confirmed that it looked like blood. After speaking to 5 different people, I finally spoke...

"Room was very clean and well stocked. the only complaint I have is that the shower was dangerously slippery when I got in. My feet almost came out from under me. This would not stop me from renting again. The check in staff was super friendly and helpful"
