"Lower your expectations if you are staying at Still Water Resort! We were excited, just to be DISAPPOINTED! They do not provide ANY Toiletries so we had to make a run to Walmart as soon as we got there! Horrible customer service! They try to make you sign up for a Sales pitch just to get more money from you and even if you cancel and give them a good notice they take your money regardless!!! They pressure it to! We will never be back! The rooms were dirty and uncomfortable beds. The pools were...

"Room was clean, bathroom was tiny. Wish they would at least get the trash out of the rooms daily or leave extra bags. Pool is extremely small especially for the size of the hotel. It was indoor/outdoor which could be a plus. Breakfast buffet was biscuits, gravy, tasteless powdered eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, canned fruit. Parking can be a challenge. Great location. I would return again!"

"Really enjoyed our stay and amenities that were available. Pool was closed for remodeling. Lots of activities for families, including a fun escape room the four of us did together. The room was perfect for us and well stocked with just about everything we needed to cook and eat. Our private balcony with a great view of Branson was nice for sipping coffee in the morning. The resort is in the process of painting the outside of the buildings, so the painters came around 24hrs before our checkout...

"Very comfortable beds. Clean rooms. A lot of activities and games on site. The pool and hot tubs are clean and comfortable temperatures. The staff is kind and helpful. Massimo was welcoming and happy to help with any questions we had."

"Property well-maintained internally while the outside was a little ragged. Not enough staff during the morning rush to handle the continental breakfast. Overall pleased with this budget-friendly stay."

"The hotel and grounds were lovely and clean. The breakfast was great and lots of choice. Rooms ideal as there was a large TV, fridge and microwave (also air con) Housekeeping every day and all the staff were lovely. The only downside for me was the location as about 6 miles to the city. You either have to drive or be prepared to pay for an Uber. Overall a very nice stay :)"

"Room was very clean and well stocked. the only complaint I have is that the shower was dangerously slippery when I got in. My feet almost came out from under me. This would not stop me from renting again. The check in staff was super friendly and helpful"
