"Stayed here last week and our 1 bedroom 1 bath condo was very clean. Had a murphy bed for our teen daughter. Nice view of the lake and marina. Pools were really crowded as to be expected in 90-100 degree weather. The indoor water park is much needed. So many other things to do tho. Would definitely stay here again!"

"To be honest for what I paid it wasn’t worth the price. When I stay somewhere I’d like to feel comfortable enough to take off my shoes and walk around the room but the carpet was so gross I couldn’t, the room itself had a very stale odor, the “Ozark Fun House” wasn’t the hype they make it on the website, staff was friendly, but overall not a homey or resort vacation vibe at all. Disappointed."

"I booked a 3 queen bed room. When we arrived they told us they messed up and booked too many so they gave us 2 separate rooms. They claimed they comped the 2nd room however my charge was the same as the 1, 3 bed room. (I was not the only person they did that to). The front desk lady at night was rude when we asked for clean towels the next day. Most hotels will bring clean towels automatically. The outdoor pool was very nice. "We greatly appreciated the helpful staff! They sent text messages to check on us and when our first room was not going to work due to mobility issues, they quickly and kindly helped us move. This is a very challenging property for anyone with mobility limitations. It can be done, but call ahead to get more info on options. The amenities and activities are great to have, but everything seems to have an extra cost so budget for extra costs."

"The hotel is very quaint and fun. The rooms were comfy and clean. The staff was gracious and helpful. The breakfast had something for everyone. Our kids enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pool. We had a balcony with a beautiful view of the Branson hills. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We enjoyed our stay here, but, was dismayed on how long it took to check in. 1-1/2 hours before we got a room. Thank you to the lady who got us in. Lots to do here! Pools were awesome. Food and kids play areas were also good. Good location to get to other attractions in town. Side note: housekeeping was great and so we're the folks at the buffet."

"First time staying here. Building was very clean and updated, staff was very nice and helpful, location was great, it was in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Only complaint was pool seemed like it could’ve been cleaner and people smoking pot right outside one of our doors. But can’t blame the hotel for that. I think we found our new Branson hotel for when we visit. We will definitely stay here again."
