There was always someone near the front entry to help, answer questions, get a cab, etc. My 3 rating has to do with our Expedia VIP status. I booked this hotel for that reason. On check-in, we weren’t acknowledged as VIP, no upgrades, no higher floor for view, no free breakfast , etc. I had to ask about it at checkout and was told we had an $18 food credit. "The hotel was nice and clean with good amenities of free breakfast and drinks each day. Parking was easy and free. It was super convenient and close to all the kids activities (City Museum, Arch, Zoo, etc). The blackout curtains in the room actually worked! We happened here during spring break when the weather was not great so the pool was insanely crowded and kind of gross (cloudy water and foamy hot tub).
