"In our first room, the bed frame was broken with a jagged edge that could have sliced an ankle open. I also found the bed to have many "fabric pills" or what felt like tiny little balls of fur underneath the covers, making it wildly uncomfortable (this was also true for the bed in the 2nd room). "Stayed here last week and our 1 bedroom 1 bath condo was very clean. Had a murphy bed for our teen daughter. Nice view of the lake and marina. Pools were really crowded as to be expected in 90-100 degree weather. The indoor water park is much needed. So many other things to do tho. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Lovely facility. Nice rooms. We had a studio on the ground floor. It was very convenient. Our only gripe was that the thermostat wouldn't allow us to make the room cool enough for my wife to sleep well."

"The property was not as pictured at all. Pictures made it look nice but it was not. Lobby was a mess with a shut down elevator. Only one employee working desk so waited a while to check in. Breakfast was not much of a breakfast. Just cereal and a crockpot with some biscuits. South building had outside entry. The beds were good. But bathroom was tiny. I would not stay there again."

"We enjoyed our stay here, but, was dismayed on how long it took to check in. 1-1/2 hours before we got a room. Thank you to the lady who got us in. Lots to do here! Pools were awesome. Food and kids play areas were also good. Good location to get to other attractions in town. Side note: housekeeping was great and so we're the folks at the buffet."

"Initially was a solid 3. Over the trip the staff made it a 4 star. Great atmosphere and that’s what you are paying for and so is everyone else. Some amenities you’ll get to use and love and others you’ll barely get to touch. A tribute to itself is the busyness of the place. People like it and there’s plenty of people.
