"The room was clean but outside landscaping where the patio was needed some attention. We stayed on a bottom room, and the people above us was pretty loud. Making s’mores with the family was a lot of fun and the events director was amazing. There’s a lot of things that could be offered on the property but it’s all shut down which is a bummer. A bit overpriced for what you get. "

"Breakfast was below average, runny powdered eggs, undercooked oatmeal, burnt biscuits and flavorless gravy. EVERYDAY! Our room had 1 coffee cup for the 2 of us on a 3 night stay, and dirty towels in the cabinet from the previous occupant. "

"The breakfast food was not very good. The breakfast area was kind of dirty. There were probably a couple of hundred people going through there touching the tongs, but there was not a single hand sanitizer to be found. And this was at the height of flu season. Pretty gross. "

"Breakfast was good but it should have more variety and change it up so it didn't become the same old same old. We did notice what appeared to us as a vagrant in the parking lot when we returned from a show between the theatre and hotel. That was a turn off."

"Unfortunately this hotel experience was a disappointment. We were given a room that was locked from inside, and when I complained this has never happened to us, the staff remarked, "It happens to us all the time!" - which did not say a lot about the property upkeeping or management. The room smelled faintly of dirty cleaning water. Bathroom fan was working, but the staff did not leave us enough towels for all of us. Breakfast buffet was excellent! I would come back just for the food. Easy...

"It was stated that check-in is at 4:00pm. We arrived at 6:00pm and were told our room was not ready and to check back in an hour. We came back at 7:30pm and were able to check in but when we entered our room it appeared that it had never been cleaned from the previous occupants. We hauled our luggage back down from the 8th floor, were given a new room but then were presented with what appeared to be blood droplets all over the comforter once we pulled it back. "Great food at the restaurant. Our room was super dusty on almost every surface. Toilet paper in the toilet on arrival. Staff was very nice and accommodating. "

"Called 2 weeks prior to request early check in. It was granted and even followed up the day prior to arrival to confirm. It was confirmed. Also they confirmed our truck woukd fit in valet parking. Upon arrival early check in was not available, we had to pay extra to upgrade to a room that was available or wait with our luggage 5 hours to get in original room. Our truck did not fit in their valet parking, so we had to park in the structure a few blocks down the street and walk back to the...

"This was our second stay at the Suites at Fall Creek. During our first stay, we had an updated one bedroom condo, which was fabulous. This most recent stay, we had an older one bedroom condo that wasn’t quite as nice, but it was still a really good value. I was missing the updated bathroom this time, but once I figured out how to turn down the pressure on the shower head, it was all good. We enjoyed the pool, playground, and putt putt golf course. "The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts i have ever had in my life"

"Arrived to an overcrowded lobby, with no luggage carts, and one broken elevator. Asked the front desk to send up wine glasses, they agreed and never did. Shower was full of scum, tiles were stained, one of the soap dispensers was ripped off the wall, and the shower leaked on the floor. We ordered food in, and nobody was at the desk to give it to us when I went down. In the morning, something exploded outside at 7am, and then there was a bunch of yelling. The cops showed up later to deal with it....

"We stayed here in town for cardinals games. The hotel was very clean. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The pool area is nice and we enjoyed the breakfast. I would go back"

"This is an older hotel that is being renovated. All the inside areas that are open are new and clean. The outside looks like there is work being done inside, but not outside yet. The location is tricky to get to and in a sort of industrial area. Well lighted parking. Next to the interstate but we heard no traffic noise inside our room. We did hear the trains that are nearby. We would stay here again. Breakfast was tasty."
