"The villa we stayed in was nice and clean. They were putting a new roof on our villa we were staying in. It was a bit noisy during the day but they stopped around 5:00. The pool was closed due to maintenance so we weren’t able to use the pool during our stay. Overall I would recommend staying here it’s nice and clean, it was great to unwind on the outside deck in the evening."

"The room, lobby, breakfast area, etc. were perfect. Everything was clean and functional, but the thing that impressed us the most was the staff! Managers, Lobby staff, cleaning crew, breakfast servers... everyone went over-the-top to happily serve. It was impressive."

"Rented the Presidential Suite since it was claimed as the best room in Branson. No its not. I've stayed at much nicer places for half the $$. Yes, in Branson. I understand they were going for a Tuscan romantic vibe. The furniture was old, the bed looked like a haystack stuffed in a sack. The saving grace was the ornate bathroom, which was very luxurious. The multi head shower did not work. The view from the tenth floor looking over table rock lake was very nice. There was not a full kitchenette...

"The first time i stayed, i forgot my ear pods that i just bought, once i realized it, I called the hotel and was able to go back and retrieve them. I enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean and the price is amazing. Nice beds and breakfast was great. Especially the pancakes. Every time I come to Kansas City MO and I need a hotel, I will be staying at Hotel Lotus. We stayed there two weekends in a row"

"I highly recommend as a mini vacation get away. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the beds are terrible. They are so noisy and the springs dig into your body. Every time my son would move, it sounded like the bed as going to fall apart. A couple other same things: I wish the water refill stations worked, the pool tables kept jamming and we were constantly having to go get help, and the water pressure could’ve been better. Other than that, it was a great choice overall."

"Room was very clean and well stocked. the only complaint I have is that the shower was dangerously slippery when I got in. My feet almost came out from under me. This would not stop me from renting again. The check in staff was super friendly and helpful"
