"Warning Branson Visitors, Do Not Stay at this Hotel. Found lot of dead bugs(small roaches and flys) and toenails behind and around the night stand and bed. Room also felt damp and it was very dry outside at the time. Bathtubs was dirty and stained with dark rings. My wife went down to the front desk and asked for refund and staff agreed to refund. "Stayed here last week and our 1 bedroom 1 bath condo was very clean. Had a murphy bed for our teen daughter. Nice view of the lake and marina. Pools were really crowded as to be expected in 90-100 degree weather. The indoor water park is much needed. So many other things to do tho. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I booked a 3 queen bed room. When we arrived they told us they messed up and booked too many so they gave us 2 separate rooms. They claimed they comped the 2nd room however my charge was the same as the 1, 3 bed room. (I was not the only person they did that to).
