"The resort itself has TONS to do for everyone. The pools and lake activities were the highlight. They had food onsite but the sandwich shop (Mountain Man) and the pizza shop (pizza world) were amazing. Avoid el jefes (we paid almost $17 a plate and they did NOT fill all 3 tacos with meat and the queso was completely cold - Not worth the price). Check in was a mess. The person who checked us in didn’t tell us which room we were in and sent us to concierge and gave us the wrong persons tags for...

"Everything was wonderful. I come to Branson often. This is my first time however staying at this hotel and it was my absolute favorite. I will not say anywhere else I can. Everything was perfect."

"Great place to stay for a few days to explore Branson. The pool was under renovation and even though the room was amazing.. it was missing a full mirror.. ladies need this.. Also the tub had a hose that leaked.. otherwise great area quiet and safe.."

"This was a very clean and inviting hotel. The pool was nice for my family and had very clear water. They had contemporary Christian music playing and Bibles throughout which made me feel at home. The breakfast had plenty of options and was well made. I would recommend this place."

"Pros- It's tucked away from the strip so it's quiet. I loved that it had so much to do on the property. The pool was nice and the mini golf was set up nicely and kid friendly. The room was pretty cute and we liked that there was a market on the property. The front desk was helpful and everyone was kind. The walking trail was cool. It's also gated and has security check in so that's nice. Cons- The room wasn't that clean. It wasn't filthy but not exactly clean. It was obviously not swept which...

"The hotel was built in 1997 by John Q Hammons, a SW MO business man and philanthropist who has since expired and the property is now owned by Atrium hospitality which cut staff, services and other amenities while raising prices and running the property into the ground. Signs of neglect and decay are clearly visible particularly in the swimming pool and in the rooms As is common with takeovers and buyouts, the new owners are more interested in short term pecuniary gain than long term viability."

"We appreciated the friendly staff, smooth check-in, and comfortable beds. For an older hotel it is very well maintained, and the rooms were so quiet. We never once heard any noise from surrounding rooms. We stayed for a baseball series so did not experience the evenings happy hour. However the breakfast had an incredible selection of food, with staff preparing eggs and pancakes in front of you. The roof top area was so relaxing with a perfect view of the arch. We have stayed at other hotels...

"For a higher end hotel, I was disappointed. One wall in the room showed a terrible patchwork; they didn’t provide very many towels; the hallway was hot. I guess you could consider these nit-picky things but other (lower-end) hotels have been better imo."

"We loved our stay. Location was perfect. Very convenient parking. Restaurants are very nice on the property. We did not have to go anywhere at all. Rented jet ski on the marina and had wonderful time."
