"We paid for 3 rooms. One of them the AC unit had to be replaced. One of them smelled musty so they changed our room and the other had a bug that I took a picture of. The entire interior needs an update and clean! From floors to old mold in shower. I guess you get what you pay for for 70$ a night. Staff was nice. Breakfast was cold one day it was only 9am. Very good location wise just hate to see it deteriorated. Locally owned by the way. I forgot to mention how humid it is inside!! You only get...

"Had a fun stay here, my partner not so much. We took this trip to celebrate my birthday but my partner still had to work the WiFi would not work and he ended up getting in a lot of trouble with his job for not being able to work while we were here. Also found so many dead bugs around our room and in the bathtub for me that was the worst part. But outside of the bugs and WiFi we did enjoy our stay and the place."

"We had no air in our room called, they came and checked on it couldn't get it to stay. They had no other rooms available they did bring us fans but it was still bad. They offered no money back. They did offer us breakfast but I feel like that was already free... April Enlow"

"The Pool(s) were small based on the size of the resort. We were able to enjoy the outdoor pool. Seating was very limited. The elevator in the building was out of order and we were not informed of that. The room we were assigned we enjoyed. My reservation did say condominium and we passed those as we were assigned to a building. This is a newly Hilton acquired property and compared to other Hilton property stays I’m sure there will be plenty of updates."

"The hotel is amazing! The views of the lake are beautiful. It’s a classy hotel with a professional staff. The only complaint that I have is the constant 80’s music being played throughout the hotel. The music doesn’t match the class or vibe of this hotel. 80’s rock, pop culture music made the place feel like a cheaper brand and was out of place for this property."

"Check in was fast and the room was clean and ready except everything felt wet comforter and sheets even the paper bag that we left out was damp the next morning and there was a huge water stain or mold not sure which one the ceiling."

"Room was very spacious, shower was awesome, everything was nice and clean. Pool was open and looked nice, did not have the breakfast although it smelled good. Great dining options were within walking distance, neighborhood felt very safe. Young lady at front desk was very friendly and helpful with questions. We would stay here again (and probably will soon)"
