"So I stayed at this hotel about 5 years ago when it was the RADISSON HOTEL and it was beautiful and clean. This time... not so much. You can tell that it has so much potential but definitely needs to be upgraded. There was no charging port for my phone near the bed. No microwave in the room. We were on the 7th floor and when we stepped off the elevator, the smell was not welcoming. Once in the room, it was better but still lacked "clean" or beautiful. Its wasn't a bad experience, it just...

"The resort itself has TONS to do for everyone. The pools and lake activities were the highlight. They had food onsite but the sandwich shop (Mountain Man) and the pizza shop (pizza world) were amazing. Avoid el jefes (we paid almost $17 a plate and they did NOT fill all 3 tacos with meat and the queso was completely cold - Not worth the price). Check in was a mess. The person who checked us in didn’t tell us which room we were in and sent us to concierge and gave us the wrong persons tags for...

"Great place to stay for a few days to explore Branson. The pool was under renovation and even though the room was amazing.. it was missing a full mirror.. ladies need this.. Also the tub had a hose that leaked.. otherwise great area quiet and safe.."

"Lobby restrooms were in terrible shape with wallpaper falling off the wall. The roof top balcony was nothing like the picture and wasn’t clean or maintained. The parking garage scenario was a catastrophe. People were waiting for over an hour to get there vehicles from being forced to valet park only on the weekends. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would not recommend this hotel for the price ."

"The hotel was built in 1997 by John Q Hammons, a SW MO business man and philanthropist who has since expired and the property is now owned by Atrium hospitality which cut staff, services and other amenities while raising prices and running the property into the ground. Signs of neglect and decay are clearly visible particularly in the swimming pool and in the rooms As is common with takeovers and buyouts, the new owners are more interested in short term pecuniary gain than long term viability."

"The locations was great. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the "Kickback" in the evening. Hotel staff were friendly. Only negative was the elevators we very slow."
