"Our room had one very small bar soap, and one roll of toilet paper end it only ice to purchase no ice machines. We had instructions to empty our trash prior to leaving. No housekeeping! "The property location is very convenient for the Branson shows, restaurants and shopping."

"I highly recommend this for a family with younger kids so you can maximize use of the amenities. The pool is under Construction so we had no use of any of the water features and that’s OK for us, but it was an impact to the property. There’s ongoing construction, but I’m sure it will be better when it’s over in our room and the activity center itself were both better than expected. I would stay here again and recommend it for travelers."

"Drury Plaza is located in a historic building. The property and rooms are extremely clean and well-maintained. Checking in and out was very fast and easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Although the Drury offered a large breakfast bar, it provided limited gluten-free options. The hotel is at the foot of the Arch, It is a safe, simple walk from Drury Plaza to restaurants, shopping, historic sites, and the Riverfront. I would definitely stay at Drury Plaza again."

"The lobby was beautiful and the front desk associates were helpful and polite. My room was nice upon entering. However, when trying to adjust the ac at the unit ( I later found the thermostat) the cover fell off and it was full of dust. Also, it looked like they may have forgotten to clean the floors."

"I highly recommend as a mini vacation get away. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the beds are terrible. They are so noisy and the springs dig into your body. Every time my son would move, it sounded like the bed as going to fall apart. A couple other same things: I wish the water refill stations worked, the pool tables kept jamming and we were constantly having to go get help, and the water pressure could’ve been better. Other than that, it was a great choice overall."
