"Amenities were not available with the pool Construction was on going and redoing the roof and painting the entire building we were staying in. AC to our room/living room did not work Wouldn’t get below 76 and very stuffy We paid over $400 per night. Hotel said there wasn’t another room available that was 3 bedroom/other accommodations. Was told i couldn’t receive a refund."

"We love staying at Stillwater! However this time there was a hiccup with our room which they did their best to fix. A few other issues are the pool was supposed to be heated but it was freezing. Felt like on our last day it was starting to warm up so hopefully that gets better! Next thing would be the thin walls. "The stoll was very short like RV short and I'm 5" and it was too short for me let alone my elder in-laws that 1 walks with a walker/wheelchair and had to use my husband and father in-law to help her get up. The other who doesn't walk well used a walker to lift himself up. The refrigerator had mold in it and then we had 8 stairs to get 2 elders up and down neither walk well or walk without assistance so between the stool and the stairs we were more exhausted than had any fun.
