"The robe wasn't in the room. I had to wait an hour to get the robe and go to the pool. Robe should be in the room! It was last time. The phone didn't work so I had to walk to front desk and wait in a line up to ask again for a robe."

"We had an amazing stay on Oct 23.as we returned from Singapore. As we were checking in, we were told we were receiving a complimentary room upgrade to the Penthouse suite. What??? I don't know what we did to deserve it, but it was such an amazing surprise. The room was beautiful! Thank you to the kind and friendly staff for a much-needed relaxing night. We will definitely stay again during our next trip to Vancouver or next layover. "
