"What a wonderful, beautiful property! We did not take advantage of the hot springs, but they were gorgeous (as was the entire property). Our room was great, too, and the view of the lake and mountains was fantastic! We did have an issue with the A/C but it was fixed promptly. Didn't eat at the resort's restaurants but walked to great places close by. Parking is located around the side/back of resort unless you use the valet. I had read some less than positive reviews about some of the rooms but ours was really great. We were in the newer tower and loved our room. This whole area was beautiful and a wonderful surprise. Highly recommend it if you've never been there! "

"Cute well maintained motel style stay very conveniently located in downtown Vancouver. Extra special added bonus to have bikes complimentary. We rode around all day as Vancouver is a bike friendly city with designated lanes common. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Refrigerator, AC, large TV and plenty of places to plug in are also great amenities. Gorgeous landscaped courtyard add to the cool vibe of this reasonably priced accommodation."

"This place is excellent, it has parking within premises for $30 extra per night, the location is perfect, close to Chinatown, Gastown and 2 blocks from the beautiful Vancouver library, all within walking distance, I even walk to Stanley park from the hotel. The place is very safe for a female solo traveler like me. lots of places to eat nearby and is only 2 blocks from the famous JAM cafe. My bedroom had a private bathroom and it was great."
