The hotel is very conveniently located in the Village. Once you are parked, you don't need to drive anywhere. The hotel has a great inddor/outdoor pool and 3 hot tubs! We enjoyed our stay.

The room and staff were tremendous! I felt right at home. Room was super clean, and the amenities were appreciated. With it being off season, the room which looked onto the main walkway was quiet. In peak times I would ask for a room facing the other way. Highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff with spacious rooms and ample amenities. Indoor/outdoor pool area was clean and well maintained. One of the elevators was out of service on a busy weekend so that was a major inconvenience given the long waits and crowded single elevator. Parking was close by and reasonable.

The hotel is conveniently located in the village with shuttle access to Whistler gondola which was convenient and reliable. We found the hotel itself to be average. The room was quite dusty. We liked the hot tubs as there are three. The pool was not heated too well for the temp outside. The ski storage was helpful. Our suite was smaller than anticipated and it was cramped with four of us.

We found the hotel to be in a great location, and the rooms to be well appointed. We were able to leave our car in the parkade,(until 4pm) and use the pool the day we checked out, which allowed us to spend our last day exploring the alpine hiking trails and have a quick shower before we headed home.
