Hotels near Canada Place Cruise Ship Terminal

"This fantastic hotel is perfectly located for easy downtown sightseeing. We recently stayed and walked to a hockey game. Also walked to Seabus to get to the north shore for dinner the next night. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful and the attention to detail was impressive. Would stay there again the next time we are in Vancouver. "

"Great hotel. Excellent rooms with kitchens. Always a great stay. Very clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. In an excellent location so close to Rogers Arena, BC place, QE, Grandview venues. Shopping on Robson, right there. Everything was great except the elevators. They sucked, long waits."

"Waited over 10 mins on several occasions for elevator, ended up taking stairs up 5 flights which was not fun with luggage "

"Elevators are terrible you will have to wait 20+ minutes they have four but only one was working now signs explaining why, when I asked the just looked at me with no explanation, terrible service."

"Pros: The staff! SO nice. Everyone you meet is so kind, from the front end receptionists to the valet to the housekeeping. Gina, the manager for housekeeping on 13th floor, is so kind and did a great job deep cleaning before we came. And Catherine, who cleaned our room midstay - she organized my kids toys & stuffies, cleaned SO well, and left the room really sparkling midstay (of a 2 day stay lol). Another positive is that the location is extremely walkable to almost anything you would want to explore in downtown Vancouver, Gastown, and on the pier. The beds are very comfy. The lobby smells good. Well stocked rooms with water bottles & things needed for your stay. Elevators accessible, easy to use, and clean. Cons: Parking situation isn't the best.. to checkin, you have to pull into valet because there's nowhere on the street. And then you go into a parking garage that's not conveniently located, but does feel safe and the staff explain how to use it. Not a dealbreaker, but not a nice setup if you have alot of stuff or kids. If you drive the "wrong" way on Hastings, you'll see that the location is so-so. I truly did not anticipate the level of drug use and homelessness I would see on Hastings. If you go in literally any other direction, you're fine though. No snacks, restaurant expensive, linens scratchy, tvs didnt work. Kitchen doesnt have stovetop or freezer. Bedroom isnt really separated from main space. Would stay again because of nice staff & clean rooms."
